Welcome to your 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located in Lawson, with beautiful views to Lawson reserve and mountains.

BEDROOM:
The bedrooms have queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 43 smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and drying rack are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
Please note that the washing machine is fully functional but can become noisy during the spin cycle at top speed.
PARKING:
The garage can accommodate one car. Additional parking is available on nearby streets, free of charge.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

The apartment's prime location offers easy access to nearby universities like the University of Canberra College. If you’re seeking excellent coffee and homemade baked treats, you’ll find SV Café and Bakery which has been voted in the top 10 Canberra cafes, just 200m from your home. It is also just 3.5km to the North Canberra Hospital.
For your convenience during longer stays, you are spoilt for choice with the Gwydir Square shops offering a supermarket, pharmacy, café and other important amenities 1km away. The University of Canberra supermarket and Woolworths are also just a stone's throw away.
If you're seeking outdoor relaxation or to explore Canberra by foot or bike, the easily accessible bike and walking trails will take you around nearby lake Ginninderra, into the city or Dickson.
For a dose of culture, don't miss the opportunity to explore the Australian National Museum.
Restaurant Recommendations:
1. SV Coffee & Bakery: This peaceful café offers excellent coffee and free street parking. Indulge in their selection of treats, including coconut and banana bread, muffins, and toasted sandwiches. The toasted coconut bread is a standout, perfect for those who prefer a less sweet option.
2. Awesome Noodle Asian Cuisine: Enjoy above-average Chinese takeaway at reasonable prices with friendly staff.
3. Northies: With friendly staff, well-priced drinks, and tasty food, Northies is an excellent spot to unwind.
Finally if you want to just relax at home, you are spoilt for choice by the excellent range of home delivery options on offer.
If you are looking for transportation options to navigate the area, you will find it hassle-free and easy. You can choose from various bus stops that are located nearby, such as the one at Baldwin Drive just before Stockman Ave, which is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. There is also another bus stop on Maribrynong Ave, a 5-minute walk away. These bus routes conveniently connect to Dickson and Belconnen.
If you prefer train travel, the nearest railway station is Dickson Interchange, approximately 10 minutes by bus or a 9-minute drive from the apartment.
Additionally, you can always book an Uber or taxi, which is a personal favourite of mine and a great option. For a night out, Dickson is a great choice with many great restaurants and bars to choose from.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $55 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
