Back inside the apartment, the kitchen area has tiled flooring and comes equipped with a Smeg 4-burner gas cooktop and under-bench oven, a Smeg dishwasher, a good-sized LG fridge/freezer, Panasonic microwave and coffee maker.
The apartment has 2 available bedrooms, both carpeted with queen-sized beds, ducted aircon and block-out blinds. The master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe/dressing area and ensuite bathroom with a shower. A second bedroom comes with build-in wardrobes and a door leading out to a smaller balcony. The apartment’s main bathroom offers stylish floor-to-ceiling tiling, a roomy shower recess and a modern vanity (similar to the ensuite). There’s also a European-style laundry by the front door with a Fisher & Paykel front-loader washing machine and separate dryer.

The apartment is located right on the Kingston Foreshore, highly sought after for its fantastic choice of eateries and boutique shops, and it’s close proximity to Canberra’s most famous landmarks – Parliament House. the National Gallery of Australia, Canberra’s CBD (Downtown) and the Australia Botanic Gardens are all under 10 minutes’ drive away. It’s a 7 minute stroll from the apartment to the Old Bus Depot Markets held every Sunday, offering over 200 stalls for handcrafted wares, clothing, live music and food. The Kingston ‘Supabarn’ supermarket is just 10 minutes away on foot. You can even walk to the Canberra Railway Museum in under 20 minutes.
Getting Around:
The apartment comes with 2 secure car spaces. For guests who prefer public transport, nearby bus services can deliver you to the Canberra CBD (Downtown) in about 20 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
