Spacious 1 bedroom apartment available in the central and vibrant suburb of Barton. The apartment, which is part of the Governor Place complex, was the display apartment for the complex and features views of Red Hill from the living room and Parliament House from the bedroom.

The apartment was built 2 years ago and is very warm throughout winter and stays cool throughout summer. Lake Burley Griffin is on your doorstep as well as many of Canberra's iconic landmarks: Parliament house, old parliament house and the popular Kingston foreshore.

Property was fine.
The neighborhood was nice, and had a few amenities within walking distance. Check in was difficult as the video sent didn't work, and took a bit to reach the owner. Laundry was left in dryer and washer and while we went ahead and completed washing and folding - received no response from the owner. Other than that, a straight forward rental. Nothing special but served the purpoose.

A very convenient spot
