Please note that this is a 2 -storey townhouse with a staircase inside the premises.
BEDROOM:
All bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linens. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
All bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You may need to replenish stock depending on the length of stay and frequency of usage.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have:

- microwave
- dishwasher

- electric kettle
- toaster
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

There is a dedicated work area in the property with a monitor screen that you can use.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
Guests can store bicycles in the garage or in the courtyard (at own risk)

This lovely townhouse is perfectly positioned in the well-sought development "Azura Villas". In close proximity to Franklin Woolworths, cafes & restaurants, light rail station and Gungahlin Marketplace, you will enjoy all the convenience from day one.
The property is located close to public transport with light rail and bus routes a close walk providing access to Gungahlin and the city, which will make the commute a breeze. To top it all, it is only a 10-minute drive to Belconnen.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.

1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $55 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
