The property is approximately a 25-minute drive from Canberra airport or a 3-hour 30-min drive from Sydney’s CBD.

- To access the on-site parking, enter via Cowlishaw St and tap the swipe card on the sensor under the intercom. Drive up to the sensor to your right-hand side near the second roller gate; tap the swipe card on the sensor on the side and drive all the way down through the ramp then turn left. Then find carspot 114.
- There are no stairs outside or inside the property.
- The unit is only available via a lift.
