We were a mature age group of ladies who stayed for a week. William was a fabulous host who looked after us and made sure everything was easy. The property was perfect and the suburb is close to all in Canberra and has many shops and restaurants nearby by. Highy recommend .

Spent a weekend catching up on culture. Theatre, cinema, shops a walk away and galleries a short drive. The accommodation was excellent and free parking. We'll be back.

Great, comfortable stay
We had a lovely stay at this property. It was clean and well furnished with new furniture. The host was lovely and made check-in/check-out and our stay very easy. They even provided welcome flowers, wine, and breakfast provisions. The property is close to the centre and you can easily walk to the shopping centre and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

This property was absolutely perfect in every way for our recent 4day stay in Canberra. We were delighted how close and convenient everything was. The city shops were literally at the end of the street. We could walk to mt anslie, the war memorial and Anzac parade. We were able to push our father in his wheelchair around the sights easily. The owner has a great eye for detail, the flowers in arrival were stunning and breakfast ingredients were generous. All four in our party rated this property 10/10

Great choice
A beautiful, clean, comfortable, well located property. The host is an excellent communicator. We arrived to essetials in the fridge, flowers on the table and a bottle of wine. Very thoughtful and very much appreciated as we had no idea where we were going to get milk, bread etc. Close to Canberra central, if you like a little stroll, and close to many of Canberra's main attractions. I would definitely book again and I highly recommend this property. It was perfect.

Beautiful home in a very convenient location. Adequate parking. Communication from owner prior and during our stay was excellent. The house is so well located, very clean and well equipped, comfortable for 5 adults, we were pleasantly surprised and grateful the owners supplied extras like milk, bread, tea, coffee machine and pods, cereal, dishwashing tablets, etc. Very generous of the owners, who were a pleasure to deal with during the whole booking process. A perfect stay
What can I say. From the moment I enquired to checking out, 10 out of 10. William is really responsive, the house is beautiful. Kitchen cupboard fully stocked - from bread and eggs..and many many extras (unbelievable) lovely comfy beds with lots of amenities, plush towels...I could go on for hours. It's just a short walk to the town centre. Don't miss out on the BEST you'll get. We were 5 friends... all we can say is...4 days of a home away from home... with sooo many extras. Thanks so much William. We'll definitely be back.

Our stay was very pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable because of the immediate surroundings, a quiet green neighborhood, a clean and well-appointed home with all the necessary tools and pleasant decorations for a homestay, and a responsive and friendly host. The location is close enough for me to walk to CBD for work yet quiet and easily accessible to shopping and other touristy activities. I highly recommend it those with similar needs.

Book in and stay - you’ll be happy!
Just home from staying 5 nights. Four women on holidays in Canberra. Walked into town and to public transport. So easy. We all loved our accommodation including the beautiful fragrance as we entered - with flowers, bottle of wine, then chocolates to welcome us. The kitchen was generously packed with goodies in the fridge - bread, milk, eggs, butter and spreads as well as plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate sachets to keep us going! Then toiletries for us in the bathrooms… It was all so clean and comfortable. There was nothing we didn’t like about your property William. So pleased we chose to stay at yours. Absolutely recommend staying 😊

From prior our arrival to day of leave our Host Mr Barlin was wonderful and very approachable. This property was a delight, very spacious, and boasting a beautiful array of goodies in fridge, flowers and chocolates as a welcome. The outdoor area was so relaxing.
