"This was a beautiful inn. We needed a stopover on our way to Cooperstown. Only problem was that we were staying Monday and Tuesday. The inn and their 5 star restaurant are unmanned on those nights. We loved it because we had the run of the inn. Beautiful patio and yard. They did leave us continental breakfast though. I’d love to come back when the restaurant was open"

"Wonderful old school inn.. very comfortable feeling. Room was very clean with an updated bathroom.. had cocktails in the pub.. what a great place to unwind.. had dinner in the dining room.. excellent prime rib, best I’ve had in a long time. We will definitely be back. "

"When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back...

"The location was very convenient to the golf course we were playing at - Roques Roost Golf Course (West). The views of the lake were lovely and the place provided plenty of room. Our host (Rachel) was very responsive to our queries and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay in this area around Oneida Lake."

"Such a magical place. Attention to detail was amazing. We cooked a great dinner on the grill down at the lower deck with a nice evening fire and a glass of wine. I was so looking forward to an outdoor shower and this one really hit the mark, a great treat. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to our hosts Tom and Lisa. We will be back.
