I know people can have a bad day, be overworked, etc. but the receptionist was particularly inept and rude. At checkin, she was incapable of locating my Ezpedia reservation, asked me repeatedly if inhad a reservation, walked back to the restaurant twice, and then she found it. Next, she stated I had only reservation for two adults, wantimg to charge extra for my 9 yr old daughter. I brought up my Expedi reservation after pleading with her for a temporary wifi code since I don't have an international roaming plan on my cell phone. Finally, pulling out my work phone from mu luggage, I brought up the reservation and then she admitted I had a reservation for
three. She then threw the key across the counter amd said "ok". No mention of parking in back (Ia already knew) , or anything about the hotel. It's worth mentioning that the receptionist made this the worst checkin experience I have had anywhere in at least my ten years of international travel.
