"We stayed here during the area's very hot days and nights this year. The listing includes air conditioning - but there isn't any. The pool is a real help. The shaded area behind the house was great in morning and evening. All was very clean. There is WiFi but it wasn't very stable (not good enough to work with). Kitchen equipment had all essentials. "Overall excellent, no major complaints. Lots of space for 4 people with big living area, multiple bathrooms, and kitchen. Very secure feeling in the building, lots of natural light available. Right on a busy plaza which was a little loud at night, but had to deal with it with earplugs since closing the window made it a little too warm."

"There was NO information about how to use items. No explanation for the washing machine or how to get hot water. When we inquired the answer was the previous occupant pushed the wrong buttons. The washing machine ran four hours at a minimum. One rope outside to hang wet clothes. We had to call several times to get hot water.
