"Our check in process was not so smooth because the lady that was assisting us seemed to have some issues with the computer. After waiting for a while, she also was confused on if we made the payment (payment was made in full months prior to our trip). We ended up spending an extra 30 minutes (in addition to the longer period of time spent on check in) in our room to try to connect with someone at Hotels.com to clarify the payment situation. "The staff member who checked us in, indicated that (although we had already paid through Expedia) he didn’t have us in the computer. After showing him confirmation emails, he reluctantly gave us a room but said we may have to move when the manager arrives. Fortunately, we did not hear from the manager and fell asleep before the noise began"

"This was one of several condos I booked for an extended family Christmas ski week. This unit has been recently renovated with new furniture, and both kitchen and bathroom upgrades. This unit was perfect for our requirements, which included a central location in the Upper Village and a good view of the ski hill. The owners were great to deal with and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommended!"
