"We arrived at the villa at half past midnight as we got lost due to incorrect directions. When we arrived we noticed there were 3 doors with broken handles one of which ment a 4 year old little girl was trapped inside her bedroom until we heard her crys. The villa was very tired looking and we noticed that although we paid a few thousand pounds for our stay we had broken beds, leaky showers, only 3 sunbeds (all of which were broken and there were 16 of us). We messaged the contact we had been given and were asked if we needed it repaired straight away or if we could wait until our holiday had ended!! We told them we needed the doors fixed and someone arrived the following day at around 21:30. There was not sufficient mugs and glasses for the amount of people the villa accommodates and very few cooking utensils and pots/pans. I have many dealings with companies all over the world regarding villas etc etc and I don't feel VRBO were a company I would use again or recommend forward. They are advertising properties not fit for purpose, their communication is very poor and a not accurate."

"Advertised as air conditioned, this villa is not, as it was turned off and locked from cooling. we had fans in each room. The Sofas had woollen covers on to protect the leather (stuck to the chairs) and your clothes from sticking to the real leather and staining them. To irritating to sit for more than a short period of time. Pool was not clean, green mould around the corners, cleaned as best we could before swimming in it, the pool cleaning guy turned up spent two hours cleaning it two days before we left and then also said we couldn’t use it for another 2 hours losing the best part of the day when we normally go swimming. No parasols or umbrellas available, so out in the sun or inside in our rooms as the previous issue stated with the sofas. "

"Beautiful property in quiet residential area Property manager, Rudy, was very amenable and happy to advise on local facilities. There is a dog shelter up on the hill behind house that can generate a little noise first thing in the morning (assuming feeding time!) but nothing that should put you off staying in this beautiful and fantastically equipped home"

"Quirky converted building in a very rural area. Very clean. Hot water was an issue, as with most hotels in winter with the short days. Very friendly reception, even with the language barrier. I would say it was over-priced in comparison to what you get in the UK for the same price. But would still recommend, nothing really bad to say about the place. Served it’s purpose for us, bed and shower while touring."
