Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und schnell. Im Ort ist für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt. "The opportunity to stay in this quiet hilltop village is quite amazing and then there is the apartment, itself! Quite spacious with so many areas to relax, especially on either of the two terraces… the views. Anna Maria has everything necessary for preparing food and large, comfortable bedrooms to rest. There are so many sites to explore within a short driving distance loved Magliano & Talamone, beautiful! Our only regret is that this tone we weren’t able to stay here longer… love to...

"We were more than happy with the apartment. We spent 3 nights and it was our favorite place out of our 10 day stay in areas of Italy. Nathan was more than accommodating. He was very friendly, easy to contact and genuinely cared about us being happy. The location was quiet and wonderful. We will be back for another stay, only longer next time."

"The location is A+. It is spacious, especially for longer stays. Mauro, the property manager couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. The antique furniture is nice but dresser and drawers in master could be more functional for longer stays. We would have appreciated nicer towels and sheets as well considering how long we stayed, but overall, it's a wonderful property."

"Wonderfully characterful old Mill House with beautiful surroundings. Plenty of good beaches a drive away. Laurentia fantastically helpful with lots of suggestions for restaurants. Pool beautifully clean and crystal clear. Quiet, relaxing - very peaceful soot!"
