Communication was excellent. The decor and amenities were perfect. Cleanest place I've stayed. The location at top of the hill made for great stargazing as advertised. Very relaxing and would definitely stay again.
Secluded and quiet, yet close to everything and only about 15-20 minute drives to a lot of the trails. Definitely would stay here again! Definitely bring your own wood if you plan on having a fire though. We brought some so didn't affect us.
We loved the cabin! Private cabin back a gravel lane. Beautiful stargazing and fire pit to enjoy with your lawn chairs (may want to bring/buy some extra wood pending how much you want to use it). Cabin was clean and had all we needed. Fans and a/c to keep it cool. Pet friendly!
What a perfect little get away spot. The cabin is charming and the location is exactly what we needed. Peace and nature at its best! We literally spent over 6 hours sitting on the front porch just enjoying the peacefulness and watching the moon come up over the tree covered hills! Simply perfection! Also, so close to so many things!! Again a perfect get away spot that we will most definitely visit again!
We loved this cabin with its expansive views from the front deck-morning coffee and evening sunset. The quiet solitude and peacefulness was interrupted only by the lovely sound of roosters crowing in the distance. This place had all the amenities we could have wished for but with the rustic charm of a well cared for cabin. Don’t miss this one. It’s close to Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge Resort Park and so much more.
Loved the house, it was very beautiful and very scenic location. The only problems that my boyfriend and I had were that the oven wasn’t working at the time and he has a concern about the carbon monoxide detectors not working as it did have natural gas heaters which we used during our stay. The house was clean and there were plenty of supplies there for us to thoroughly enjoy our weekend stay, would highly recommend!
The cabin was very peaceful. When I say first class host, I mean it. We were too lazy to study the trail maps of the red river gorge. The host happily gave us excellent recommendations. On the morning of our departure, our car battery died - within 15 minutes, a family member of the host was there to jump us and could not have been friendlier. A++

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
Place was infested with ladybugs and non functional TV and oven
When we arrived I had to clean the place. Dog hair was on the couch and floor. There were ladybugs in every room (dead and alive). I had to constantly clean up from the ladybugs. They were everywhere and hundreds of them!!!! The TV did not work as it could not sync with the internet. The oven did not work. Some sort of error code. Major disappointment
Everything was as advertised. Place is so serene and peaceful. While there were sheets provided there were no blankets so plan accordingly if you visit during coooler times of the year.
Nice place with a great view, bedroom is upstairs in a small space, we found the slanted walls were right there when you stand up. No grill accessories. Overall nice place great location
Because of external outside issues, we were only able to visit on one afternoon for a couple of hours. Having rescheduled once already and because it was related this visit while I was dealing with the passing of my closest sister, unfortunately didn't have the time or availability to stay overnight. We were pleased with our visit of the property and ammenities. Overall, except for the relative closeness to other neighbors etc..., I would have preferred it to be a little more remote. Thanks for your time and effort.
