"The property was in a lovely location and handy for local amenities! Very quiet and lovely to sit outside and listen to the bagpipes on a morning! The only down side was the drive down to the property and the potholes if they were filled in it would have been a much easier drive in and out. "

"A little gem in Scotland all off grid and powered by solar and wood burners. Excellent deco and facilities with no 3 pin electric socket so no tv and the perfect place to chill and relax especially in the wood fired hot tub. Gordon had it all fired up and by the time we had stoked it too the thermostat was showing 90 degrees and we sat like prunes for 2hrs even when it rained and sleeted it didn’t ruin the relaxation of sitting their looking over the countryside to Loch Lomond. "A lovely large room with a very spacious bathroom and a kitchenette. The fresh coffee was a nice touch too. In my opinion, the bedroom could do with a mirror for doing hair and makeup. The silocone on the windows/ windowsill could also do with a more thorough clean but it wasn't anything that took away from the general cleanliness. "

"Brilliant staff. Rooms are spacious. The toilets are clean. It has a luxurious and comfortable feel. Well kept property. The neighbourhood could be better and maybe cleaner but that is no reflection on the hotel. "

"For a standard room, it was spacious and clean. Disappointed we couldn’t get into the rooftop bar at 2.45, had to book apparently, could only get in at 9pm which was for residents only, but there was live music which was very good, enjoyed our stay and would book rooftop next time"
