"The dinner was the best bit and the hosts were kind and welcoming! Everything else was a bit less than average. We were looking for a short stay with a spa and had used the filter in hotels.com to select the B&B. On arrival we were very surprised that the spa is not included in the room we had booked and were forced to upgrade. This was extra strange because the hot tub is not attached to the "suite" as you might expect. Instead its directly next to the main entrance which is also the kitchen....

"Great welcome from the owner (granddaughter of the person who had the mansion built). Only 5 bedrooms in total which makes the place very homely. Great park to rest and a long sitting room (with tuned piano) to relax."

"Comfortable and spacious room. Guy was a pleasant and helpful host and very considerate about privacy. Parking in the street was not ideal, but easily achieved. We appreciated Guy carrying our heavy bags upstairs."
