The villa was ideal for our group and we had a wonderful pizza night with Alessio's mother, Catia! "Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Es war Erholung pur. Auch unser Hund fühlte sich sehr wohl. Das Haus ist umgeben von einem wundervollen Garten. Alles grünt und blüht. "Can’t praise this property enough. Everything is mint condition, well equipped and nothing missing. Even built in mosquito nets in all windows. "Such a beautiful and authentic villa. A setting no less than perfect for a proper stay in the Italian country side. Just a 10-minute walk from Stia and yet fully private. Lucia was the perfect host - always willing and able to help with any questions we had. We've been spending holidays in Italy for near on 20 years, always agri turismo and this place is up there among the very best. Five-star ratings from me are few and far between, but Lucia and her place definitely earns all five stars."

"We stayed at the villa for Two weeks and had a most relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The area is very beautiful and the Villa has everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. "Host did not tell us final payment had to be in cash until the end of the stay. Had to go get 1100 euros! We were unaware we had to pay for all utilities including using lights, cooktop, hot water. WiFi was extra too. Winter heat was not turned on yet and it was cold and we had no way to turn it on. House as clean, the estate was very lovely, lots of privacy, would be nicer in good weather. Poppi is a very nice town just out of the way for day trips. "
