This comfortable house is located at Sa Ràpita, south of Majorca island, and welcomes 6 guests.
Welcome to this lovely house with lush-green outdoors, with a lot of plants and nice corners, ideal for reading a book or having a nice glass of wine in the afternoon. If you like to cook outside, there is a barbecue where you can prepare your favorites dishes under the blue sky. This house has neighbors and is fenced.

Inside, the living room with fireplace and AC is ideal for watching a film on satellite TV or listening to music. The fully equipped gas kitchen is open to the dining area. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the bathroom. There are three bedrooms in total that invite you to dream; one with a double bed and AC, one with two single beds, and a third one also with a double bed which can only be accessed from the outside. The flat offers a bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower which again can only be accessed from the outside. Two electric radiators and a bathroom heater complete the equipment of the house.

This house is located at the south of Majorca island, Sa Rapita, where you will find all what you might need for a lovely holidays. is located from a few meters of the rocky coast and 15 minutes walking from the wonderful sandy beach of Es Trenc, very famous due to its crystalline water, white sand and sand dunes.

If you go a bit more to the south, you will be able to visit the fishing village Colonia de Sant Jordi, with a lot of restaurant that serve very nice seafood and fish, and a nice port. During the summer, you can also visit by boat the protected Cabrera island. The main city, Palma de Mallorca, is about 40 minutes driving.

A beautiful relaxing haven
This was an oasis! . We lived almost entirely in the beautiful garden. We wanted peace and tranquility and we found it here. There were enough restaurants open nearby when we wanted to eat out, and good supermarkets. Everyone friendly and the owners were a delightful couple. No wi-Fi that we could find - but otherwise, exactly as advertised. We will be back!

Sehr schönes Haus und Garten
Sehr schönes Haus und Garten. Die drei Gartentische rund ums Haus bieten zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne oder Schatten, was man gerade braucht. Das Haus und die Küche ist grosszügig ausgestattet, gute Betten, angenehmes Klima, wird auch nicht zu heiss. Der schönste Garten weit und breit, mit all den exotischen Pflanzen, die von Cathy und Pepe liebevoll gepflegt werden. Wir durften die eigenen Zitronen und Qumquat geniessen und bekamen sogar Eier geschenkt. Bald werden auch die Trauben der Pergola reif sein. Eine sehr ruhige Lage ohne Verkehrslärm. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Wir earen für drei Wichen da und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der kleinen Oase. Umgeben von grünen Pflanzen, Zitronenbäumen und einer großartigen Dachterasse konnten wir sehr gut entspannen. Die Vermieterin ist mit hauseigenen Eiern und Mandarinen vorbei gekommen und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Der Ort ist sehr schön und überschaubar- alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schönes Haus mit viel Persönlichkeit der Vermieter im Haus
[+] Sa Rapita ist super gelegen, toller Strand in der Nöhe, schöne und Restaurants direkt am Meer - super lecker und gemütlich - kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus - 3 Terrassen rund um das Haus verteilt - sehr gute Aufteilung: 2 Schlafzimmer direkt im Haus, im Wohnzimmer eine ausklappbare Couch. Das 3. Schlafzimmer und das 2. Bad haben einen separaten Eingang - super sauber, klasse Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Grill,….usw. [-] die Vermieter - ein älteres Ehepaar - sind sehr nett. Allerdings kamen sie jeden Tag um die vielen Kübel-Pflanzen rund um das Haus zu gießen und die Schildkröte zu füttern.

The house is in a very peaceful area
The house is in a very peaceful area, about 15 minute walk from the beautiful, sandy Sa Rapita beach. There are several small supermarkets nearby. No problem with the parking next to the house (and we had two cars). The owners are very lovely people, very friendly. They even gave us some some fresh eggs! The house was very clean, kitchen had all the equipment one could need. And there is a barbecue place, perfect for family meals and there are several sitting spots outside the house to enjoy those meals. Also what we really liked were all the beautiful plants that surrounded the house. Overall the house has everything one could need for a longer stay - even washing machine and dryer. The two small beds are very noisy and not super comfortable, they make a lot of noise every time a person turns around and you can hear those sounds even in the other bedroom next to it.

Ganz in Ordnung mit ein paar Ausnahmen
Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und mit ein paar Ausnahmen war alles sauber. Leider war das Geschirr von den vor Mietern dreckig. Die Betten, vor allem die beiden Einzelbetten waren sehr schlecht. Sie haben sehr laut geknarzt und die Matratzen sind recht alt und ziemlich durchgelegen, man liegt auf dem Draht der Federkerne. Eigentlich dürfte man sie nicht mehr verwenden und müsste sie dringend austauschen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr heiß und es hat einen Ventilator für die Schlafzimmer gefehlt. Nachts war es kaum auszuhalten. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt, mit vielen Pflanzen. Das hat mir sehr gefallen! Nachts bellen sehr oft Hunde, das kann mit unter recht nervig werden. Auch hat es keine Mückengitter an den Fenstern und nachts wird man schon mal von den Moskitos geplagt. Man sollte auch erwähnen, dass der Garten am Haus von informiert Mietern noch bewirtschaftet wird. Da kann es auch mal sein, dass plötzlich jemand da ist. Das ist natürlich schwierig wenn man Privatsphäre möchte, vor allem weil es in der Beschreibung auch nicht erwähnt wird. Darauf sollte unbedingt hingewiesen werden, damit die Leute Bescheid wissen.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend am Ortsrand, alle Restaurants sind aber gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, vor allem ist alles, was man in der Küche braucht, reichlich vorhanden. Besonders günstig im Sommer ist, dass sowohl eine Waschmaschine als auch ein Trockner zur Benutzung zur Verfügung stehen. Das Haus ist von vielen schönen Pflanzen umgeben, es sind drei Sitzplätze vorhanden, sodass man für jede Tageszeit etwas Passendes findet, außerdem gibt es am Essplatz hinter dem Haus einen Grill. Eines der 3 Schlafzimmer liegt separat, sodass man sich hier auch gut zurückziehen kann. Im Wohnzimmer ist die Einrichtung etwas altmodisch, aber es ist Satellitenfernsehen vorhanden und zumindest in den Sommermonaten hält man sich dort doch eher selten auf. Die spanischen Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig, sprechen zwar nur spanisch, man kann sich aber mit ein paar Brocken und Händen und Füßen gut verständigen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, danke für alles und herzliche Grüße.

Insgesamt sehr gut
Das Objekt an sich ist genau so wie auf der Seite beschrieben. Sehr nette Vermieter, die sich stets kümmern. Ich hätte mir nur genauere Beschreibungen der Lage und der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gewünscht. Der Weg zum Badestrand ist doch etwas länger und als Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es in der Nähe nur 2 Spar-Filialen, die doch sehr teuer sind. Aber wenn man ein Auto mietet, was zu empfehlen wäre, kann man sehr gut nach Campos zum Einkaufen fahren. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, der Naturstrand ist zu empfehlen, besonders für den Urlaub mit Kindern.

Schönes, kleines Haus mit viel Grün
Das für acht Personen angebotene Haus haben wir als vierköpfige Familie gemietet. Direkt bei Ankunft war uns aufgefallen, dass es in einem sehr guten Zustand war. Es war sehr sauber, aufgeräumt und gepflegt. Die Vermieter hatten einige Male persönlich vorbei geschaut um zu sehen, ob wir alles hatten, was wir benötigten. Sie waren sehr nett, und es war schade, dass wir kein Katalanisch sprachen. Für uns vier war der vorhandene Platz optimal. Mit sechs Personen wäre der Aufenthalt ohne weiteres ebenfalls machbar gewesen. Für acht Personen wäre das Haus unserer Meinung nach zu klein gewesen: Es hätte nicht genug Stauraum für Kleidung und nicht genug Essplätze gegeben. Die Matratzen im Hauptteil waren recht hart, so dass wir nach spätestens zwei Nächten Rückenschmerzen hatten. Die Außendusche haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden, da man hier direkt nach dem Strandbesuch den mitgebrachten Sand abwaschen konnte und dafür gefühlt unbegrenzt warmes Wasser zur Verfügung hatte. Das Außenbad ist jedoch recht eng gehalten, denn hier stehen auch der Wäschetrockner und die Waschmaschine. Der Außenbereich war gepflegt und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten vermittelten einen Eindruck der Gemütlichkeit.

Wunderschöne typisch mallorquinische Casa
Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Vermieter unglaublich nett und wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Die Casa ist typisch mallorquin eingerichtet. Wer auf klare moderne Möbel steht, ist hier nicht richtig. Die Casa besticht durch die vielen Pflanzen rund um das Haus, die dunklen Holzmöbel, die Sauberkeit und die ruhige Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

urlaub perfekt
Ein schönes Haus, welches uns bei unserer Ankunft erwartete. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, mit ausgesprochen netten Nachbarn. Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Alles was der Mensch so für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt, war vor Ort. Alles war sauber, die individuelle Note der Vermieterin, in allen Räumen sichtbar. Die im portfolio beschriebenen Angaben entsprachen dem, was wir dann vor Ort vorfanden. Der Vorgarten, angeschlossen an Küche und Wohnzimmer lud morgens zu einem lauschigen Frühstück ein, zum Abend bot der hintere Garten eine schöne Möglichkeit, entspannt durch den Abend zu kommen. Auch unser Verwalter, Herr Johann Maier, war ein kompetenter und zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner. Für Inselneulinge hat er gute Tipps parat. Man fühlt sich auch bei ihm willkommen. Wir fühlten uns von Buchungsbeginn, bis hin zu unsere Abreise wirklich bei ihm aufgehoben, ohne das es aufdringlich wirkte. Sa Rapide überzeugt natürlich durch seine vielen netten Restaurant und die Bäckerei "Forn". Vom Haus aus ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Auch die morgendliche Joggingstrecke am Meer entlang, war für mich eine Freude. Das Meer ist 500 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Auch der Bustransfer nach Es Trenc ist sehr entspannend. Für einen Euro pro Person (Hin- und Rückfahrt zusammen) wird man zügig ohne lange Wartezeit zum Strand gebracht. Damit umgeht man die nervige Parkplatzsuche am Es Trenc. Die Busstation befindet sich am Jachthaften. Ebenfalls in 10 min Fussweg zu erreichbar. Wir kommen gern wieder. Angereist sind wir zu 4 Personen. Thomas
