Wonderful summer house in Ses Covetes, located amidst a natural and virgin surrounding, where 6 people will enjoy the essence of the countryside with the beach only 1.5 km away.
The luxuriant garden of this country house offers a surprising beauty and liveliness. So, any time becomes the perfect moment to enjoy the sun beams while having breakfast at the porch. There are 5 sun loungers available as well as a hammock where you can revell in the scent of the fresh grass and the sea. The property is fenced and privacy is total despite that there are neighbours around.

The interiors, with their spaciousness, simplicity and Mallorcan style, create the perfect atmosphere for relaxing. As you enter you will find a large living room, open to the dining area, where you can watch satellite TV or chat and relax on the sofas by the air conditioning. The kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, offers everything you need for cooking, as well as a table if you prefer to eat here and direct access to the outside. The laundry room is separate and has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. There are three bedrooms with double beds, one of them with access to the terrace, equipped with wardrobe, a fan and space for up to two cots and two high chairs. There are two bathrooms in the house, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The equipment is completed with two radiators if needed.

Ses Covetes is a coastal area very quiet where the visit to the stunning and paradisaical beach of Es Trenc is a must. This beach is only 1.5 km from the house. It offers beach bars where you can enjoy an appetiser before or after a long day swimming in the turquoise waters. There are other dream-like beaches you must visit like the one in Colonia de Sant Jordi, which is also the perfect town to try the Mallorcan cuisine or fresh fish and where you can do your daily shopping.

Casa PIENA di formiche e lavastoviglie rotta. Scriviamo alla struttura per segnalare i problemi riscontrati e loro chiamano un elettricista che entra in casa a nostra insaputa. Non c’è mai stato un contatto con l’host (neanche al check-in) ma si deve sempre aspettare che l’agenzia risponda. Buona la posizione, ma tutto il resto lascia molto a desiderare.

Casa muy amplia en parcela muy ámplia. Tranquilidad y relax salvo por algún gallo que canta a deshoras. Cercanía a una de las mejores playas de la isla, aunque andando está a más de media hora debido a la vuelta que hay que dar. Imprescindible coche.
