Wonderful Stay!! Great Customer Service
WONDERFUL!!! All the staff very welcoming and extremely helpful!!! All the staff really made us feel at home!! The local manager provided us with excellent Customer Service and a glass of wine. Delicious and hot breakfast.

Ótima estadia e pertíssima do centro
Experiência muito boa, quarto impecável, todas as solicitações feitas foram atendidas de pronto e os funcionários super educados e atenciosos. Claro que não poderia faltar a vista do hotel e o café da manhã que é excelente, com produtos frescos e de qualidade.

Atendimento espetacular pelos funcionários do hotel. Sempre prestativos e atenciosos. Café da manhã simples, porém Bom. Falta estrutura de guarda roupas, armários, bancadas, etc…nas suítes mais caras, nas quais hospedamos. Malas ficaram no chão.

Nossa estádia não foi muito boa. Hidromassagem quebrada. Botão da portaria de fora quebrada tbm. Acabou a energia durante a noite e não tem gerador no local. Café da manhã é básico.
