Nossa estadia foi ótima! Durante todo o período de estadia tivemos mais pontos positivos que negativos. Foram pontos positivos claros: limpeza da casa, acomodações amplas, ducha quente aquecida a gás, segurança do imóvel , cozinha grande e equipada, vista maravilhosa, silêncio na localização. Do lado negativo , sugiro cuidado com a conservação do imóvel em alguns locais. Voltaria com certeza a ficar no mesmo imóvel em uma próxima oportunidade.

Linda vista, porém...
Casa precisa de manutenção urgente: paredes descascando, com infiltrações. Vidros quebrados, piso quebrado etc. Focamos dois dias porem só tivemos água quente durante 12 horas. A caseira disse que é assim mesmo pois a água da rua acaba. E aí só tem a da caixa e está é gelada. Uma pena o local é lindo porém a estrutura...

Um pedacinho do Paraíso
O imóvel é muito bom! A vista é maravilhosa e as fotos não revelam tudo o que se sente por estar pessoalmente na propriedade. A negociação com o proprietário foi fácil. O local é um pouco distante do centrinho de turismo e se faz necessário o uso do automóvel, mas ideal para quem busca tranquilidade e sossego. A segurança do condomínio traz tranquilidade e confiança. As acomodações são confortáveis e tudo funcionou sem problemas. A caseira, Geruza, é muito amável e uma boa cozinheira. Recomendo contratar seus serviços. Por certo vou voltar e recomendar a amigos e parentes. Como sugestão, não deixe de levar o vinho!
