"The apartment is generally functional and homely with a few designer flourishes. The major drawback is the lack of lighting in the kitchen/living area. We liked the central location, straight out the front door to little restaurants, bars and shops and an easy walk downtown. Of course this meant quiet days and noisy nights as the parties began. But the bedroom is at the back with a virtually sound proof door. The opening to fresh air at the back private patio was welcome."

"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "We received cancellation notice at 8:30am on the day of our stay. No warning at all. We were left scrambling for a place to stay for our family of five. I have reached out to the VRBO person and she has not responded to me whatsoever. I hate leaving negative reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous."

"Mi experiencia con la reserva realizada a través de ustedes fue un desastre, no solo me anulan la reserva el mismo día de la entrada con menos de dos horas para realizar el check-in, sin motivo y sin justificación. Cuando me pongo en contacto con ustedes no me soluciona nada y se limitan a decir que mi dinero se me devolverá en 5 o 7 días. Esa es la seriedad de su plataforma, dejar tirado al cliente sin solución alguna."

"Big and clean apartment. Was not easy finding an appartement this size in Lisbon. Was well located. Even if the plaza in front doesn't have anything interesting, it was a short walk from many other attractions and neighbourhoods. Plus there is a metro and the start of the tram line 28. Nice view of the castle also."
