This is a house of about 75 square meters. located in an excellent area and recommended for relaxation, surrounded by greenery.
The villa has indoor and outdoor areas.
The internal area is precisely designed to accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people and there is all the equipment to accommodate you in the best way with all the comforts you need, also we inform you that the management is ready to give you all the assistance on any problems, information.
The outdoor area instead is designed for relaxation, with a covered veranda is the top to spend most of the days. Externally we provide: barbecue, outdoor shower, outdoor tables and chairs and to finish reserved parking space for up to 2 cars.
The proximity to the beach, makes the structure excellent for any eventuality ... both in the case of small children, both for those who do not want to take the car, and for disabled people. The strong point is precisely the fact of having everything at hand.

Tres bien mais
Le logement est tres bien situé, prés de la mer, mais cette plage est sale, des chiens sauvages y font leur loi. Pour la plage, le mieux est de profiter de la belle plage de CEFALU, avec en plus de jolies balades dans les rues piétonnes, c'est tout prés de là. Trés bonne literie sauf dans la chambre des enfaants où ce sont des lits avec sommiers à ressorts en acier. En général, la Sicile est belle, avec de beaux sites à voir (vallée des temples, Palerme, la cote ouest, Cefalù, et bien d'autres endroits), mais les siciliens sont trés sales, il y a des poubelles qui trainent partout, c'est pire qu'à Paris, incroyable. Pour conduire, méfiez-vous, c'est chacun pour soi et au coup de klaxon, incroyable aussi. Mais on s'adapte et on fait comme eux.

Nous n'avons pas eu le logement que nous avions loué. L'arrivée se fait à l'agence et nous avons eu quelques problèmes de communication. Le logement est très peu équipé (pas de four ni de micro ondes aucun produit de 1ere nécessité...). Nous avons du payer le linge en supplément. Malgré tout le logement est bien situé à quelques pas de la plage et à 15min en voiture de cefalu

Für das Geld mehr erwartet!!!
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, für den bezahlten Betrag haben wir einiges Mehr erwartet. Die Schlafcouch war in einem absoluten katastrophalen Zustand (Defekt und unhygienisch). Die anderen Betten waren ebenfalls unhygienisch. Das Haus sollte vor der Übergabe mal einer Innenreinigung unterzogen werden. Überdies wäre auch für die angebotene Personenanzahl mehr Besteck notwendig. Leider nicht mehr weiter zu empfehlen!!!

Alles gut, freundlicher Vermieter
Wir waren mit unserer Familie (2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) mit Juni 2017 zu Gast in dieser Unterkunft. Trotz später Ankunft von circa 23:00 Uhr, war der Vermieter Vincenzo schnell vor Ort und hat uns alles super erklärt. In der Unterkunft selber war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub mit Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Alles war zweckmäßig und sauber. Restaurants in der Umgebung waren genügend vorhanden- jedoch wird in der Regel immer ein Auto benötigt. Die Stadt Cefalu liegt circa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Zum schlendern super, zum Essen eher teuer. Jedoch kann man sich auch mal entspannt an den Stadtstrand legen, der super ist, wenn die ganzen Strandverkäufer einem nicht immer Badetücher, Schmuck oder anderen Kram anbieten würden. Aber hier gilt, dass es nunmal dazu gehört. Leider war der Stand an der Unterkunft recht steinig, so dass man mindestens Badelatschen, eher jedoch Strandschuhe o.Ä. benönigt um ins Wasser gehen zu können. Im oberen Bereich des Strandes sind jedoch keine Steine, so dass man auch hier bequem liegen kann. Optimal ist natürlich die Nähe mit nur wirklich 50 Metern. Fazit: Die Unterkunft kann man insgesamt also weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful
We stayed here over Christmas & New year (2015-2016), we are so happy we did. Cefalu and Lascari are close by for grocery and shopping etc. It was nice to have a home base, we traveled all over and came back in the evening. The beach is very close, we had coffee on the beach a few days. The caretakers are WONDERFUL. We plan to stay here again on our next visit. You will need a car, not public transit within walking distance.

Sehr nahe am Meer
Sauber, zweckmässig eingerichtet. Grosses Haus mit Veranda und Parkplatz. Mitten im Grünen. Sehr nahe am Strand. Bei Schwierigkeiten Vermieter sofort vor Ort und hilfsbereit. Strand je nach Saison Steine oder Sand. Bis am 20. Juni noch Steine. Ab Juli sollte Sand sein.

Günstige Villa direkt am Strand
Mit 6 Jungs und einem Mietwagen haben wir den Urlaub in der kleinen gemütlichen Villa direkt am Strand verbracht. WLAN war vorhanden und auch der Strand war direkt nebenan. Etwas gestört hat uns das es zu begin Steinig war. Auch eine Strand-bar ein kleines Stück rechts war vorhanden. Wir hatten hervorragendes Wetter mit um die 30° und an einem Tag Wind mit sehr hohen Wellen. EINKAUFEN 2 direkt nebeneinander liegende Supermärkte wie ARD waren direkt in der nähe. Auch an Wochenenden und zu später Uhrzeit konnte man noch im Supermarkt CONAD einkaufen, allerdings aber etwas teurer als die anderen Supermärkte. In der Villa war alles zum Essen zubereiten vorhanden. ESSEN Aber auch im Restaurant vom Vermieter kann man sehr gut und Preiswert essen. Zu empfehlen ist aufjedenfall die Pasta Cabonara für 4EUR, richtig lecker und eine ordentliche Portion. Aber auch die Pizzen Diavola und die Schinken-Pizza für um die 5EUR sind aufjedenfall empfehlenswert. Wir ahebn mehrere Restaurants ausprobiert, das vom Vermieter war das beste! Ansonsten haben wir noch in Lascari einiges probiert. Nur die Getränke sind überall etwas teuer. STADT / SIGHTSEEING In Lascari und in der anderen Stadt war nicht soviel los. Kann man nicht viel Unternehmen. Wenn man was machen will muss man nach Cefalu. Cefalu kann man gut mit dem Auto erreichen und ist eine sehr schöne Stadt. Man kann auch ne Menge besichtigen. Es gibt einen Weg nach oben zu einer Burg, von da hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Man muss aber auch viele Treppen steigen, aber es lohnt sich :) EMPFEHLUNG Insgesamt kann man die Villa aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen. Es ist alles erreichbar was man braucht. Bettwäsche und Handtücher können für 15 EUR pro Person hinzugebucht werden sodass man ohne Probleme mit Ryanair und den 2 kostenlos zur Verfügung stehenden Handgepäck-stücken fliegen kann. Mietwagen haben wir Vorort ausgeliehen würde aber empfehlen diesen Online zu buchen, dadurch spart man sich eine Menge Zeit und Geld ;) Ein Verleih befindet sich direkt am Flughafen Palermo mit allen Anbietern.

Schöne und ruhige Villa
Die eingezäunte Anlage besteht aus 4 Villen, jede Villa aus 2 Wohneinheiten. Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub, weil direkt am Strand. Direkt angrenzend ist der Campingplatz auf dem im September nicht mehr all zu viel los war und dementsprechend keine störende Lärmbelästigung. Unsere Villa war einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, einem Badezimmer mit leider zu kleiner Dusche, einer recht spärlich ausgestatteten Küche im großen Wohnbereich, einem Abstellraum und einer großen Terrasse, auf der wir uns die meiste Zeit aufgehalten haben. Jede Villa verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, eine Grillecke und eine Außendusche. Zum Strand sind es tatsächlich nur wenige Meter. Der Strand besteht zum größten Teil aus Kieselsteinen mit ein wenig Sand. Badeschuhe sind notwendig. Ein Sandstrand ist in ca. 200 Meter Entfernung (rechts am Strand entlang). Es gibt 2 große Supermärkte an der Straße nach Cefalu, Fahrzeit etwa 5 Minuten. In Lascari gibt es mehrere kleinere Geschäfte und Restaurants, ebenfalls 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ein Auto ist also zwingend erforderlich. Der Bahnhof Lascari ist gegenüber der beiden Supermärkte. Um sich Palermo anzusehen, empfehlen wir die Fahrt mit der Bahn, Fahrzeit ca. 45 Minuten, ca. 5 EUR pro Person und Strecke. Alles andere ist gut mit dem Auto zu erkunden.

Schönes Ferienhaus nur wenige Schritte zum Strand
Das Ferienhaus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte von insgesamt 4 Doppelhäusern. Es liegt auf einem Grundstück, das unmittelbar an den Strand grenzt. Jedes Haus hat eine Terrasse und eine Gartendusche sowie einen Parkplatz. Die Bausubstanz (Fenster, Klimaanlage, Warmwasser usw.) ist gut. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind die spärliche Küchenausstattung (1 Topf, 2 Pfannen, 1 Mini-Espressomaschine für den Gasherd) und die sehr kleine Dusche. Das Haus ist ordentlich und sauber und für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern bestens geeignet. Direkt angrenzend ist ein Campingplatz, zu dem auch Liegen und Schirme am Strand gehören. Der Strand (Fußweg max. 200 m) ist recht sauber und nicht überfüllt. Er besteht aus Sand und einem schmalen Kiesstreifen kurz bevor es ins Wasser geht. Im Wasser hat man dann wieder Sand. Da sich da Objekt in einem Ferienhaus-/Campinggebiet (Campofelice di Roccella/Gorgo Lunga) befindet ist es nicht total ruhig, sondern man hört die Nachbarn und auch den Campingplatz. Im Haus stört es aber aufgrund der guten Fenster nicht. Ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt gibt es zwei Supermärkte. Nächster Ort ist Lascari. Nach Cefalu, einem sehr sehr schönen Ort, sind es ca. 15 Autominuten. Man braucht also einen Mietwagen. Wir wurden vom Vermieter am Anreisetag (spät abends) zum Ferienhaus begleitet und am Vorabend der Abreise erfolgte die Abrechnung. Einen Stromausfall (Hauptsicherung) mussten wir selbst beheben, was nach etwas suchen auch gelang. Insgesamt ist die Anlage und die Häuser weiterzuempfehlen.

Bellissime Vacanze

It was a pleasure........
The sea and beach was very beautiful, the villa in perfect conditions and completed by all necessary, lovely place! It's only 10 steps from beach, first line of houses from the beach! We eat on the terrace and admire the garden and nature. In the kitchen we have find all for cooking. One day we had special dinner with grill meat, there is a grill in the garden. Zone around the villa tranquil without cars. Person who meet us was very polite. Apartment was clean, and bath room too, it's very important for me. The house comfort with good atmosphere. I rest really satisfied about our vacation, I want to return one day......... Thanks a lot to hospitable Sicilians

Wohlfühloase am langen Sandstrand
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung von 4 Häusern direkt am langen weitläufigen Sandstrand und ist ganz eingezäunt. Das Haus hat Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche, Bad und ggfs. 1 Kinderzimmer und Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Der Strand ist ca. 100 m entfernt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und durch die Alleinlage konnte man sehr lange Spaziergänge am Strand machen. Der Ort Cefalu ist ca. 8 km entfernt. Im Ort Lascari, wo sich das Haus auch befindet, gibt es vor der Kirche das Restaurant Al Karape. Hier kann man gut und preiswert essen. Die Köchin ist auch gerne bereit, ihren Gästen die Wünsche abzulesen und Dinge zu kochen, die nicht auf der Speisekarte stehen. Wir wurden von dem Agenturvermittler Vincenzo sehr herzlich empfangen und ins Haus gebracht. Er ist auch gerne bereit, einen Mietwagen zu organisieren (welchen man durch die Alleinlage benötigt) und auch An- und Abfahrten zum Flughafen zu vermitteln. Der Verwalter der Häuser, Mimmo, kommt 2x am Tag vorbei und gibt gute Ratschläge, was man unternehmen könnte und versorgt einen zusätzlich mit Stadtplänen, Straßenkarten, etc. Er hat sich sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert, was weit über das Maß eines "normalen" Betreuers hinweggeht. Wir sagen ihm unseren herzlichen Dank für soviel Gastfreundschaft und für seine Herzlichkeit. Wir hatten ein Ferienhaus gesucht und gebucht, doch vielmehr (sprich Freundschaft) gefunden.

Alles bestens, ordentlich und strandnah
Das Haus ist eines von so vielleicht 5-10 ähnlichen Zweifamilienhäusern. sie liegen in einer umzäunten Anlage - so können auch Kinder auf der Straße spielen und man ist ein wenig fernab von allem. Man sollte auf jeden Fall mit dem Auto kommen, wobei die nächste Einkaufmöglichkeit auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Die Häuser machen einen gepflegten Eindruck, innen war alles gut gereinigt, alles funktionierte bestens. Jeden Tag (eher mehrfach täglich) kommt der sehr nette Verwalter vorbei und erkundigt sich, ob alles ok sei. Ihn kann man auch für Ausflugstipps und so absprechen. Der Strand ist, je nach Haus, in dem man wohnt, 1-5 Minuten von der Haustür entfernt und ist teils frei, teils zu günstigen Sonderkonditionen zu mieten (also Liegestühle und Schirm). Von der Siedlung aus sind die nächsten Orte gut erreichbar, aber keine Laute Straße zerstört die Ruhe. Das Hinterland direkt hinter der Siedlung ist übrigens wenig einladend (langweilige Brache/Gärten bis zum nächsten Ort), dafür sind Strand und das ein bisschen weiter hinten leigende Bergland (Medonie) um so besser. Rundum: Gut für einen familienfreundlichen Strandurlaub fern vom Rummel großer Badeorte, aber gut angeschlossen und nah an schönen Orten wie Cefalu. Palermo erreicht man gut in 1,5 Autostunden (den Flughafen).

Formidable vacances!!!
Nous avons passe une agreable sejour. La residence est compose de 8 maison,completement ferme et calme, 30 m de la plage, tres bien pour les vacances avec les enfants ( 9 et 4 ans) .La plage de sable est propre, il n'y a pas beacoup de monde meme dans la saison ( fin juillet-debut aout). Le proprietaire Mimo est tres disponible pour conseiller et reserver des bon restorants et conseiller des endroit a visiter. Merci encore une fois pour votre accueil! Nous pensons a y retourner l'annee prochaine. A conseiller absolument. Very good stay! the residence consist of 8 villas, close and quiet,very good for holidays with children ( 9 and 4 years old). The beach is clean and not crowded by people even in high season.The owner Mimo is very helpfull and ready to advise and book the good restorant and advise the place to visit. Thanks once again ! Bellissime vacanze
Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances dans notre petite maison rose. Le mobilier est certes très simple et il n'y a pas d'objets inutiles qui trainent, mais le minimum est là et c'est très pratique avec de jeunes enfants qui aiment tout attraper! (1 et 3 ans). Du reste, la résidence est super tranquille, les enfants jouaient en toute quiétude devant la maison. Et la plage juste à côté c'est très pratique. Nous sommes arrivés assez tard (vers 23h) et Vincenzo et son fils nous ont accueillis sans problème. Mimmo, le gardien, nous a également aidé à passer de bonnes vacances, en nous donnant tout plein de conseils touristiques et en nous installant des moustiquaires pour les lits (après avoir été piqués pendant la nuit!). Merci et peut être à une prochaine fois.

Verblijf nabij Lascari
Deze woning is een prima verblijfplaats voor een plezierige vakantie. Ligging direct aan zee met strandzand perfect. Huisje is ruim, nieuw en degelijk gebouwd en schoon, met een fijne grote veranda. De meubilering is sober, evenals de inventaris. De basis was wel aanwezig, met ook een grote koelkast, wasmachine en een oven. Maar toch ontbraken er ook enkele basiszaken, zoals afwasspullen, een functionerende douchekop en een passende stekker. Maar deze werden door de vriendelijke beheerder direct aanleverd. De ligging van ons huisje in het park viel ook wat tegen. We hadden geen tuintje voor de veranda, zoals de foto suggereerde, maar uitzicht op de omheining en direct naast de toeganspoort van het complex met (8-10 huisjes). Ook hadden we geen zon bij het huisje, wat zomers misschien fijn is, maar wij hadden begin juni graag ook bij het huisje in de zon willen zitten. De beheerders, zowel de oudere als de jongere man, waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze gaven tips voor leuke bezoekjes of restaurantjes (van wrsch. familie). Het rustige ruime strand was prettig. Even verderop werd ook een gezellige strandtent net geopend. Daar waren ook andere voorzieningen zoals ligbedden enz. Aanwezig.

Super Domenzil
Wir waren sehr überrascht über die Villa sauber und sehr geflegt,dies hatte wir nivht gedacht vwaren auf etwas einfacheres eingestellt .Die Buchung hatte super geklapp und auch die Ankunft zu Objekt war suber. Vincenzo war immer ansprechbar und hatte gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Wir überlegen ob wir nicht nochmal die Weite strecke mit Auto und Fähre machen für 2013.Eine Reise ist es Wert und zu Empfehlen.
