"Nice hotel and good service. I did not realize I didn’t pick breakfast with our reservation and didn’t get told at checkin. The app does have a note that the cost is 10 euro per person, but I was charged 15. Suggest you verify at checkin. Also, no lift in the area we stayed - might be in others."

"The room we had was clean, the bed was comfortable. I definitely recommend eating at their restaurant, it was excellent. We missed the included breakfast however they packed some pastries for us to eat in the car. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. "

"A true diamond of the Umbrian countryside. This beautifully maintained historic property overlooks woodland and fields. The garden is well kept with lots of fruit trees, limes, pomegranate and flowers. Plenty of shade and sun. Breakfast in the garden was just lovely, a friendly cat came to visit every morning! The pool area and bar are fab, bar and pool staff very helpful. The house staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. It felt like home away from home, because the atmosphere was wonderful! "We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Staff were helpful and spoke English. The pool was an added bonus and the location was perfect for us to attend a concert at Alba Fucens' amphitheatre! The only slight negative was that the water pressure in the shower was not stable so it was fine one minute then it surged and was too hot. The only reason I gave it a 4* for the property facilities. Otherwise we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends."
