Completely independent, it is composed of a kitchen equipped with electric hob, oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, service bathroom, large living room with dining area, double bedroom with private bathroom. With independent entrance double bedroom with private bathroom, double bedroom with single bed and private bathroom. At guests' disposal washing machine and many outdoor areas. Breakfast area, barbecue area, relaxation area with sofas. Parking spaces on the street and in front of the villa. Excellent furnishings.
