O primeiro quarto que nos acomodaram não tinha uma cama para a minha filha, e estava com um cheiro e mofo muito grande. Voltamos a recepção e solicitamos a troca do quarto, sendo que fomos realocados em um segundo quarto que apesar de ter uma cama para nossa filha, não havia travesseiro e nem coberta na cama de solteiro. Minha esposa foi até a recepção e pasmem, retornou somente com dois cobertores, pois informaram que os travesseiros haviam acabado e que era para usar um cobertor como travesseiro...
