Quarto limpo, cheiroso, porém o chuveiro quente não funciona, dispõe de apenas 01 transformador funcionante para o hotel inteiro, poucos funcionários na recepção, reservei por esse aplicativo e já efetuei o pagamento por cartão, as 22:00 recebemos cobrança de um funcionário do hotel na porta do quarto, desci ate recepção e constava tudo certo com o pagamento. Pediram desculpa e informaram ser um funcionário novo.
