"Netter Vermieter, ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen, ein Schlafzimmer hat leider keine Klimaanlage. Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer ist durchgelegen. Töpfe noch ok aber die Pfannen sind unbenutzbar. Positiv sind auf jeden Fall die Mückennetze an allen Fenstern. Gute Lage nahe am Meer und prima für einen Ausflug nach Rom. Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos."

"Stayed here May 2023 with a group of seven friends and family. Our hosts were so lovely to deal with and very responsive to any requests we had. The villa is wonderful inside and out, with beautifully maintained gardens and the best outdoor cooking area we’ve ever had in a villa like this. "Unfortunately this property did not meet our standards there was a foul smell to the property and some bedding. towels were old and scratchy it really did not have to full showers. One bedroom had ants even in the bed. Appliances were old and not easy to operate. The only plus was its proximity to the train station. I would not recommend this property to others."
