"Beautiful hotel with amazing views. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. My family and I are traveling around Europe and we have a decent amount of luggage. We were able to use their laundry facilities and the room was big enough to bring in all the luggage and re-situate everything. Would love to come back! "

"We booked a room at this location. The hotel was actually closed for the season and they rebooked us at a different hotel a few miles awhile- hotel Bellevue. The staff was unfriendly and we did not feel welcome there. Breakfast was a buffet, which is great but once the food ran out, they did not refill."

"Hotel worker Anthony is super nice and kind, always helping. Hotel is in good location near cable car. The manager of the hotel came to our room at 8 pm to change the trash can, didn't apologize, nothing. We freaked out. Also, we were told that we could charge our Tesla all night, the hotel manager was ripping out the car's charging cable in the morning. That wasn’t nice. There is several cameras in the car, we have video and pictures. "

"We chose Albergo Garni Defrancesco for our cycling holiday in the Dolomites because of the good price and location in Campitello din Fassa. We didn't know what to expect but we were more than satisfied. Room was quite big, very clean, towels changed daily, beds made up every day. There was also the ski room or bike room for the summer.
