Fiz a reserva em março de 2024 e ao chegar no hotel ontem uma demora terrível para conseguir fazer o check-in (40”) e tive que mudar de quarto ( cama de solteiro para cama de casal) pq alegram a que o a reserva que havia feito, os quartos estavam lotados. Os atendentes eram despreparados e pouco atenciosos. Nos quartos falta uma outra lixeira e toalhas de rosto por questões de higiene.
