Ficamos nesse hotel para descansar e pegar a próxima escala. Teve um problema com o pagamento mas a Michele da recepção foi super profissional e nos ajudou. Agente tava muito cansado e não conseguiu acordar pra tomar café. Ai eu fui na recepção ver que horas abria o restaurante, a moça falou 12. Aí eu voltei 12 e o restaurante ainda tava fechado. Eu voltei na recepção com a mesma moça e ela foi super grossa quando respondeu denovo que abria 12. Aí eu falei moça que horas são? Ela disse 12:01. Ela me respondia com cara de ódio. Infelizmente é esse tratamento que recebemos no Brazil.

Gosto do Hotel Golden Park por ser próximo ao aeroporto Viracopos. A equipe da recepção é muito simpática e gentil, assim como o pessoal do salão do jantar.

Fiz uma reserva num hotel e chegando lá o valor da estadia comprando lá era mais barato que eu fiz pelo Hotéis.com aí me jogaram para um hotel ao lado onde tive que subir um escada de incêndio detalhe deixei meu carro no estacionamento que estava todo elamiado pois não tinha vaga e parei na lama qnd subi a quarto vi que o ar condicionado não tinha controle e era daqueles modelos antigos e não gelava mais do que estava e quando fiz minha reserva a localização do hotel era 6 km do evento que eu iria qnd puis no GPS deu 20km o pior de tudo ainda era que queria falar no hotéis.com o não tem telefone para ligar e no no chat atendente virtual que não adianta para nada pois só tem respostas prontas infelizmente foi uma pessima viagem aí qnd fui para o café da manhã havia faltado alguns funcionários e simplesmente ninguém estava no salão e a mesas cheias de pratos sujos e no salão do café da manhã o ar estava quebrado também foi muito ruim mesmo

Experiencia pessima em todos os aspectos!
Foi horrivel! A chave da porta nao funcionava direito, camas de pessima qualidade, os funcionarios eram despreparados e o local do cafe da manha alem de ser um ambiente quente era totalmente despreparado para receber muitas pessoas , pois tinha fila para entrar no restaurante pois os lugares que iam desocupando , nao ocorria a limpeza e com isso faltava louças e talheres. Sem contar a pior parte em qje um dos doas de estadia eu minha familia passamos o dia fora, so viltando de madrugada e tinha fezes boiando no vaso de nosso apartamento. Aparentemente qlgum funcionario entrou em nosso quarto e nem sequer teve o trabalho de desentupir o estrago feito. Aí nos tricaram de quarto nos enviando para o terceiro andar o qual em plena 2h da manha tivemos que sair carregano malas subir 3 lances de escada para tentar ter uma noite de sono em um local limpo para retornar para casa no outro dia as 10h da manhã. Pense em uma experiencia ruim! Nao vale o preço!
