Honesto e bem simples, precisa melhorar
Somente dormimos no hotel depois de apeoveitar a noite e show na praca de Amparo. Quarto simples, limpo. Banheiro renovado e ducha (quente e fria) abundante e muito bom. Shampoo e sabonete fraquinhos. Cafe da manha honesto. Limpeza do hotel e atendimento bem fracos (planta no meio da escada cheia de pó e atrapalha a circulacao, recepcao dificil e sem preparo, estavam despachando a gente pro quarto sem explicar nada)

Hotel regular que necessita de reformas
O hotel é bem localizado, o café da manhã é muito bom e o atendimento é ok de maneira geral. A estrutura toda, no entanto, está bem desatualizada e isso acarreta alguns problemas. Os colchões são desconfortáveis para estadias longas e o banheiro também precisa de atualizações - no quarto 213, tinha vazamento no box. O elevador também quebrou em um dos dias. Além disso, houve falta de água em alguns momentos, inclusive antes do check-out, impossibilitando banhos. Quando questionados na saída, a recepção informou que fizeram uma obra de reparo, mas não nos avisou sobre isso no quarto. Há algum barulho nas ruas do entorno, mas isso é normal porque o hotel está no centro da cidade. Porém, nos corredores internos o ruído sempre foi bastante elevado, agravado no último dia por conta da tal obra de reparo ocorrendo logo pela manhã. Não vale o preço que cobram, embora esteja na média da cidade. Para hospedagens rápidas pode até compensar, mas para períodos mais longos é mais complicado.

É um bom hotel,porém no anúncio dizia que tem cama Queen,e não tem, é minúscula a cama de casal ,meu marido e eu tivemos que dormir em camas separadas,já que havia uma cama de solteiro tbm no quarto.....no resto foi tranquilo...fica numa rua muito barulhenta a noite toda,café da manhã muito bom ,muito limpo todos os ambientes.

Estadia muito boa
A minha estadia foi muito boa. O hotel é bem localizado e tem um café da manhã maravilhoso. Os atendentes formam bem atenciosos. O único “problema” é que não tem vaga de garagem para todos os apartamentos (são poucas vagas), apesar de não ter tido problema para estacionar.
