"We were booked for the weekend- Thu, Fri and Sat nights… the room was in front of the lift so all the bus groups kept coming in and out very loudly very early each morning. Rooms are modern and clean however some bit were off like the light in the toilet was hanging over the basin. "Appearance outside of drab colours, needs renovation, tired looking. Inside beautifully shiny wooden steep spiral stairs with option of stair lift. Room had no carpet. Looked old and tired. Unsafe looking legs on the bed! Room was cold, took 4 hours to heat radiator, NO hot water in very small shower room. No restaurant, just bar food. Expensive, considering the lack of facilities!! Glad to leave! Would not recommend!! "

"This is an excellent apartment for rent in Sepúlveda. The owner Christina is very helpful and helped us get acquainted with the area sites, restaurants and shops. She owns a bakery/deli next door to the main hotel that is a must stop for breakfast or after dinner snacks. I would strongly recommend this hotel. "

"Our room was dark during the day. The lights were very few and weak. In the morning the sunlight didn't let us sleep. The fornitures need an upgrade, the night table was broken and the wardrobe made funny sounds. But the worst was the wallpaper, broken and with many stains. The spa is very limited and expensive for what it is. The rest of the hotel is very nice, the restaurant, the patio and the employees are remarkable."
