The house, fully restored in 2008, is located within the city walls of Campiglia Marittima, a typical medieval Tuscan town. Its terrace overlooks rolling hills, olive trees, maritime pines and cypresses as well as the famous Rocca di Campiglia.
Campiglia's hills are part of the Etruscan Coast, a stretch of land where the region of Tuscany meets the sea. It includes over 80 km of sandy beaches and coastline. From the town you can see the Tuscan archipelago, including Elba.
