A cozy ground floor two-room apartment with private garden, nestled in the green hills of Tuscany. Just a short walk from the sea and the medieval village of Campiglia Marittima. Once you arrive, you'll immediately feel at home!
The apartment has been created inside the ancient farmhouse. In total, there are 8 perfectly independent mini-apartments within the structure.
Guests have access to a large 6-hectare park, including a private pine forest, internal parking, a dog area, sunbathing area with pool, and barbecue.
La Dolce Vita is immersed in the typical Tuscan hill landscape. It's a traditional rural farmhouse, situated on a hill amidst the greenery of olive trees and large maritime pines. It's only 9 km from the sea of the splendid Gulf of Baratti and 1 km from the thermal sites of Venturina Terme and the Etruscan Baths of Calidario.

Pets are welcome. They can use the dog area to run and play.
Other things to note:
WI-FI A good free Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the property for all guests, reaching even the individual apartments.
BEDS The beds are double; to have single beds, a request must be made before 12:00 on the day of arrival.
SELF CHECK-IN It is possible to check-in via self-check-in. However, this method is always available upon request by guests, even in the evening or at night.
SERVICES AT AN ADDITIONAL COST:
• Pet hospitality: 8 euros/day or 50 euros/for stays longer than one week
For stays longer than 14 nights, electricity costs will be calculated based on consumption (0.50 euros/KWh).
The Municipality requires adults to pay a tourist tax of 1.5 euros/person/night (up to a maximum of 21 euros/person)
