"We arrived early so the hotel wasn’t ready for us but very quickly everything was put in order and we had a wonderful stay. The owner recommended an excellent fish restaurant - one of the best dinners of our trip. "

"I rented a 4 room apt at this location and was completely satisfied. Very clean except the shower had some mold.Kitchen had dishes and utensles for 4 people,including a cheese grater and corkscrew. "I arrived at about 3 pm. The hotel was with closed and locked gates. I was sure that it was closed as I didn’t see anyone inside. About 45 minutes later the reception person arrived from home. Apparently, his shift starts at 4 pm. I asked to be upgraded from a very old building to a new one. I had to pay extra for the upgrade. I got a room in the new building which was great. "The decor was plush a little old world that just added to the ambience of the stay. The staff very helpful and the restaurant serves excellent food. Easy walk from train station. Also a good gym I recommend a stay in Parma and if you do visit this hotel is a must"
