Very nice stay, helpful staff and a great breakfast. The beds are comfy and the shower is good enough to wash anyone’s hair. We stayed as family with 2 young kids… they had a blast!

The staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions. The hotel is situated on the malecon near the historic center of Campeche, thus making it very convenient to explore the town by foot.

Beautiful Campeche :)
It is a comfortable place, very clean, good breakfast, but a little dated. I would definitely stay there again. Very nice friendly people. Nice walk to the beautiful historic center and very close to shopping and restaurants.

Close to the corniche and not far from center
Good location if you have a car, 15min on foot to the center. Good breakfast (a bit crowded depending on time)

The staff were friendly and courteous. The plunge pool was nice as were the hotel public areas. I did however have a problem at check in. I had booked a room with a queen but received 2 double beds. Went back to reception and informed them and then was put in a room with 1 double bed. I have a feeling someone from the 2 bus tours that arrived got my room. To avoid the frustration I just stayed in the single. The room I was in only had a TV and air conditioning. No mini fridge, coffee maker or microwave. Maybe if I had been put in the room I booked my experience would have been better. Is this hotel worth the $125 CAD a night I paid for it. Nope! Not even close.

La suite Calakmul que reservé es muy amplia pero parece una sala de funeraria, lóbrega, encerrada, sin vista a ningún lado ni poder abrir ventanas. Nunca pensé que un hotel de esas tarifas no cuente con restaurant/bar ni obviamente servicio a cuartos (¿para qué tienen muebles de comedor las suites?) La suite Bowman, un poco mejor, porque tiene vista al mar, pero el medio baño huele a orines viejos y dos de las lámparas de mesa carecen de interruptores, hay que estar conectando a la pared. La alberca encerrada y no le da el sol mucho tiempo y por eso el agua fría no es agradable. El desayuno bien "a secas". Lo único bueno de ese hotel es la amabilidad de su personal, siempre atento y listo para servir.
