"Nice hotel on the Malecon. The rooms are a little tired and, if you’re looking for character, this isn’t for you. The location is great though with lots of restaurants nearby and great for an evening stroll along the Malecon. The staff are great and very helpful."

"Nothing. It was terrible. No toilet seat , light bulb burnt. I was handed a handful of paper towels in place of a bath towel. Front desk was rude. Do not stay here ."

"Todo estuvo bien y se sintió siempre un servicio de calidad... el internet es bueno y rápido, el desayuno incluido está bastante bien e incluso nos regalaron algo de hielo para un termo. El unico detalle que fue incomodo es que el inodoro estaba algo tapado desde que entramos a la habitación, al jalarlo bajaba muy lento y por eso mejor usamos el del lobby para que no quedara sucio mientras dormiamos."
