"Our group of 3, plus 1 dog, have only positive things to say about our stay here. Being on the walking path which winds through the park and the beautiful woods was perfect for us. The apartment was comfortable, clean & spacious. It smelled clean & fresh. The hosts made it extra comfortable by providing nice quality bath towels, quality toilet paper (yes, that matters to us!) and plenty of appliances in the kitchen. The beds were wonderful. "The positives are the property and space. Check-in and communication from owner was excellent. The place was clean and accommodations adequate. It was actually perfect for our needs. The negatives are no stove and oven and the sink had no pressure and hard to turn on and off. Being below the owners, we did hear the owners dog from time to time and their TV late into the evening. The positives far outweigh the negatives. I awarded it 5 Stars."

"The property was very nice! The only problem we had was when we arrived the unit was not completely cleaned and the beds were not made. There was 3 laundry baskets of clean linens there, the fridge had spoiled milk, dirty rags in the fridge and the bathroom was not cleaned. We called the number of the lady who was responsible for cleaning it and she said she didn’t know we were coming and had many excuses. Later that weekend we did speak with the owner and he was very apologetic. He did come...
