"It’s an old building with lots of charm, however as it was relatively the most expensive stay on our trip, I was very disappointed with the facilities. The tea and coffee in the room was non existent. I asked for milk and was refused it as they said they didn’t supply it. We had one tea bag earl great and one tea bag vanilla. No coffee at all. 2 sugars. We should really be refunded partially as we paid for this service but was not given it. The bathroom is nice but no where to hand the towels,...

"The suite was new and very clean. Toilet was very small, and the towel heating rack was not working. Room temperature cannot be warmer in winter as there is no heating. The buffet breakfast spread was amazing. The restaurant staff must be commended: Fabio, Nabli & Sebastion at the egg station."
