In the Tuscan Maremma, in the province of Grosseto, awaits you this spacious and well-equipped vacation home with pool, part of a farm where olive oil and other organic products are produced. A large park surrounds the house and the pool is ideal for your vacation in relaxation. The accommodation is divided into four units, each with an equipped kitchen and private bathroom. In total it has five double bedrooms, four bathrooms with shower and a toilet, four complete kitchens. On the first floor is a spacious living room and a large veranda for your moments of relaxation overlooking the wonderful panorama and where you can enjoy the excellent local specialties. The nearest center is about 8 km away, ideal for a vacation surrounded by unspoiled nature, but in an excellent position to reach seaside resorts such as Marina di Grosseto (27.5 km) and the picturesque Castiglione della Pescaia (39 km), which offer attractions and the opportunity to practice sports or take long walks in the beautiful pine forests. It is also easy to reach the art city of Siena (70 km) or the Maremma Park (28 km), where you can make excursions on foot or by bike. We recommend a visit to the thermal baths of Petriolo (48 km) and the archaeological park of Roselle (14 km). This is the ideal place for a vacation in the beautiful Maremma countryside, among water games, sun and the typical flavors of the region.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.
