"Excellent service with staff, close distance within malls "

"We enjoyed the coco restaurant a lot. The food and service were great. The fruit drinks were excellent! However, we saw a rat twice during a dinner, and a stray cat that was lingering near tables. That is unclean and unsanitary. The staff didn’t do anything about it. That is a need for improvement, especially if you want to keep international travelers enjoying their stay and recommending your resort to others. "

"Awesome bamboo rooms, friendly staff and a lovely beach"

"Love this place!! But realize…this isn’t a hotel. It’s a Bed & Breakfast…which to me, is so much better!! During the day we had a wonderful lady take care of us. When we woke up she had a wonderful French press coffee for us, made a great breakfast. Provided anything we needed. Our deck was so peaceful in the morning. Waking up, opening up the French doors and listening to the waves. We loved it so much that we stayed an extra day! It’s not a restaurant and definitely not a bar. So forget about that. Breakfast was great but beyond that we walked 2 minutes down the beach and found some great ocean side places with all sorts of choices. Pool needs a good cleaning as it’s a bit murky. This place is about absolute peace. It’s our new getaway location when we need to get out of Cebu city. Oh, and my wife’s fav was the big bathtub. Bring some bath salts and enjoy! Or 15 min away are the natural hot springs. Loved it all! "

"Had high expectations. The staff at the resort tried their best to accommodate the guests needs. The resort is on a cliff and carries spectacular views. Unfortunately, as hard as the staff worked, the facilities need some major maintenance and improvements. The room water pressure was almost nonexistent. Hot or cold. Out of the two primary pools and the tubs, only the top restaurant pool was filled, but was green and murky. The remaining pools on site had all been drained and looked to be waiting some kind of maintenance. For a superior room, it was substandard. Barely room for the queen bed, and like notes above.. the water pressure for the shower was almost nonexistent. "
