"We booked this for the rustic authentic look and we weren’t disappointed ! Be aware you will need a car / van for anywhere around this villa . We had a van and explored the full area. The villa was better than we expected ! Jose the owner could not have been more friendly and helpful and nothing was too much bother ! "The property is amazing, it's so isolated and quiet exactly what we wanted. The host was lovely and he showed us around the cottage and explained everything in details. You can tell he takes a great pride in his property. The pool was lovely and it had a great location up on a hill, in the sun all day. "We had a very enjoyable stay at La Joya. Despite the flooding of only a few days before, the property was in an excellent condition and the access roads were fine.
