Newly remodeled 4BDR/3BA modern condo with 12x28 BOAT SLIP

You have found what you are looking for. Cleanliness, comfort, spaciousness, convenience, lakefront, and an opportunity to create some amazing memories!!! The boat slip is conveniently located close to property!

The lakefront view is incredibly calming and an outstanding value.

This property is in the gated community of Cedar Heights in Camdenton, Missouri directly off Highway 54. It is a very quiet (on land and water) area located on the beautiful Big Niangua Arm (MM 13) of the Lake. It is very easy to find and access without the need to navigate winding lake roads.

This is an updated, well-equipped and clean vacation home. We just finished upgrading every angle of this place and it looks awesome. You will love to spend a few days right next to the water in such a lovely place and won't want to leave.

This top floor unit brings many advantages:

This condo is furnished to ensure you have a very stress free and comfortable stay. We have tried to included everything you need to enable your enjoyment. The full kitchen has an open seating area for seven, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave and everything you will need for cooking and eating. A high chair for little ones is available!
The spacious living room has comfortable furniture, fire place and a new TV for your enjoyment. High-speed secured wireless Internet access is also included. The large 35' x 10' deck overlooking the pool and lake has plenty of seating for you to relax and cook with the gas grill. On the off-chance the weather is poor, you can still sit on the deck under the covered area and enjoy your favorite beverage and/or book while overlooking the lake. Even when it's warm out, you can enjoy some shade under cover with the cool feeling of the outdoor ceiling fan. Under our normal sunny conditions, the sunseekers can enjoy relaxing in the comfortable deck chairs in the open part of the deck area.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private access to the deck, large closet, 50" flat screen TV, and an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with private bath access, ceiling fan, plenty of storage, flat screen TV, and closet. The third bedroom is a newly decorated queen-sized room with night stands, dresser, ceiling fan and 50" flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom is conveniently located upstairs and is newly decorated with a queen bed, 50" flat screen TV and an ensuite bath. The loft is overlooking the living room and has very comfortable leather furniture with couch and love seat, along with a new 50" TV and entertainment center and office area. The loft area also includes a comfortable queen-sized inflatable mattress.

The unit is furnished with linens and towels for all bedrooms+, baths and kitchen.

The complex has 2 large swimming pools for your pleasure. Old Kinderhook, one of the top rated golf courses in Missouri, is located less than 0.5 miles from this complex. Other beautiful and challenging golf courses are within a 10-15 minute drive. Also nearby are dozens of lakefront restaurants and night clubs accessible by land or water. Grocery stores and shopping in Camdenton is only five minutes away and additional opportunities exist in Osage Beach only 15 minutes away via a newly opened highway.

Camdenton is a much calmer part of lake. It is away from the big loud boats and waves that you will find in Osage Beach. This provides a great environment for boating, skiing, tubing, and fishing. It also provides a great opportunity to just simply relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of life. That's what I enjoy about it.

Love the location so close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park. Great restaurants close by in car or boat! The condo floor plan worked perfect for our family.

Our family met in Camdenton at this condo and stayed for a week. We had a couple of slight problems however a text to the owners and it was resolved immediately. The owners were very helpful with suggested activities. We loved our week together, views were spectacular, thank you!

Beautiful Lake View Condo
The condo is in fantastic condition, at a great location, with a view of the lake, and the complex's pool. It is very large and perfect for a big family. It was clean and well-maintained, and had all the necessities and more. I would highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place! It is beautifully decorated and so convenient with the pool on-site and an easy walk down to the boat dock. Less boat traffic on this part of the lake if you just want an easy cruise and several good floating places close-by. The owner is very good about responding to questions. Enjoyed having the grill to make meals and the living space was great for hanging out together after the little one went to sleep. Loved it!

Great Family Time
When I booked the condo, I wanted the grandgirls to have access to a pool. There was a large, clean pool right below the deck of the condo. Very convenient! It was also convenient to have a boat slip close. The condo was very roomy for the 8 of us. The deck had comfortable furniture with plenty of seating. Nice kitchen open to the living room so the cooks were involved with everyone. I would recommend this stay for anyone

Awesome New Year's Holiday
The property was beautifully updated with all the comforts of home including a wonderfully stocked kitchen (we did a lot of our own cooking) and a high chair for our granddaughter! The host was very responsive to our questions and we all had an excellent time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us! (Only thing we missed was a regular coffee maker but we found a local coffee shop called SIP that we frequented),

Fabulous and Gorgeous Condo with a pool and lake view
Beautiful condo with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths was perfect for our family/framily week in the ozarks . So much room and literally everything you need was in the condo . Would highly recommend to a family of 8 to 10 looking for a quiet part of the lake and a great pool ! Just 20/15 minutes from many places . The only thing I would recommend is darkening curtains in the bedrooms . Thanks Mary and Dave for sharing your place with us!

My family spent a relaxing long weekend here. The property is a condo in a gated community conveniently located off of highway 54 in Camdenton. The new pace is furnished with the essentials, clean and spacious. We had one very minor issue with the gate entry code that prompted us to have to contact the property manager; Mr. David was very punctual to answer, pilot and genuine. Great customer service. I would have no issue with recommending this spot to friends and family. We will check on the availability of this place the next time we visit the area.

Everything went really well - kitchen was easy to use.
I was there when it was 100 degrees. A/C worked well - upstairs was a little warm - but it was ok. Sun blasts in there in the morning but was surprisingly cool inside. Use of property instructions and a book of the property was there for reference - including a personal note from Owners. That was nice. The one thing I would recommend is having maybe just a percolator type coffee pot to make 4-5 cups at a time. People can bring there own coffee like we did - but ended up buying a pot at Walmart down the street to use. Everything else was appointed wonderfully.

Lovely condo in a lovely part of the Lake
Our group of friends and family were very happy with the selection. Dave was an amazing host. He responded very quickly over the months prior to our booking, with questions answered thoroughly and even providing us the accommodation of a boat slip we could use for drop off and pick up from the condo complex by a boat rental company. The condo is decorated so cute! There was even a jar filled with candy, as well as birthday kitkat treats for our friend (we were celebrating her birthday). As I do with every rental I visit, I bring extras (just in case) (tp, paper towels, blankets, crock pots, etc), but none of this was needed; it is fully stocked (even with 4 crock pots, which are very handy with a large, hungry group! And several throw blankets for getting cozy while watching a movie). This is a top floor, end unit, with a great view of this calm portion of the Lake. We were able to use the pool located below the unit one day (unfortunately had rain the other two days), and that was a great time! I have stayed at many rental properties, and there are only a couple that I would say that I would return to. This is one! Thank you to the Scharf family for sharing your condo!

Annual Lake Trip
This is our 2nd stay at this condo. LOVE the layout and everything about it. My husband and I always stay in the upstairs bedroom which is very peaceful after a long day with the family!! We will stay again!

Wonderful view! Location was close to everything. Condo was super spacious, came with all basic needs, dinnerware, cookware, towels, linens, paper products, etc. The only big downfall was that we were told we could park our trailer and boat at the property in a certain location. That was not the case we had to go down the road, across the bridge and park in someone’s back yard/small ramp area. This was not near the condo. But overall, it was a great family vacay and the owner’s were super attentive and responsive, when we had a small issue on a tv, they quickly responded and sent someone over to help resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend!

We were in town for a wedding in Lake Ozark. I really liked being on the west side of Osage Beach and Lake Ozark. Condo was very comfortable and there was plenty of room. Owner was quick to respond to questions, etc.
