"Arrived from a cruise, 300 metres walk and absolutely drenched due to torrential rain. Bags collected, towel and shower offered to dry out. Amazing service. Room was fantastic and this hotel was WAY WAY WAY better than the horrific stay in the Sydney Harbour Hotel two weeks previously. I cancelled my further stay at the Sydney Harbour Hotel and booked this one and am SO pleased I did. Have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will definately stay here next time I am in Sydney."

"We did the Chi spa which was fantastic!! Loved every minute of it!! Loved lunch at Altitude Restaurant, where the views are stunning!! We will definitely be back!! "

"The room is nice and clean with comfy pillow and bed mattress. But there are 2 problems at the bathroom. First, something was wrong with the two flushing buttons. I had to press it hard for over 10 times to completely flush the toilet. This made me frustrated. Second, the drain cover plate on the bathroom floor is rusty, which seems not acceptable for a 5-star hotel. "

"Close to Circular Quay this hotel is modern and comfortable. Breakfast good choices. Our room was quiet and a big bonus we were allowed a 2 hour late check out. Only criticism is that there is not a lot of drawer space for clothes. Overall a great one night stay before our international flight. "

"Daily breakfast was great, staff was always professional and helpful. The location was great with lots of restaurants and walking distance to the harbor. We were there over New Year's and they left a bottle of champagne in our room which was unexpected and very nice. The only complaint we had was that we had to ask for towels often, fresh ones weren't left in the room when they cleaned. "
