Spacious 1 bedroom apartment in town with a water view!

Tastefully decorated extra large one bedroom apartment located 2 blocks from the center of town!
Incredibly convenient location within easy walking distance of everything in downtown Camden! You are already parked in the best spot to walk to restaurants and shops, the Village Green, the Library and Amphitheater, and the Harbor Landing.
Camden and the mid-coast area also features a State Park with great mountain hikes, nearby lakes with freshwater swimming. The local ski area, The Snow Bowl, has great mountain bike trails with views all the way to Acadia National Park across the Bay. These are all very short drive! A popular hiking trail to the top of Mt Battle, starts, a ten minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is on the second floor above an a quiet office. Relax on the deck with a view across the Bay! Or wake up early to watch the sun rise.

The living room is light filled and shares the same view as the front deck. Hardwood floors and custom woodwork are featured throughout. There is a new queen size sofa bed in the living room. In the open kitchen there are granite countertops and barstool seating. All modern kitchen appliances, including oven, stovetop, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, coffee maker.
A unique counter and pass through to the morning coffee/sunroom brings the light into the kitchen. This is another place to enjoy the great view. All the windows are new and open to the summer breeze.
Next to the kitchen and sunroom there is a more formal dining area with a new dining table and chairs.
The bedroom is large and features a new queen bed and mattress, dressers and chairs.
There are several large closets and a closet like space with a modern washer and drier.
The bathroom features all fresh paint, granite counter top, a glass shower stall.
In all, the apartment features over 850 square feet of space. You will want to stay longer than a week.
The apartment is for singles or a couple.Up to three will be comfortable. Please inquire about pets.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

The apartment is ideal for visitors who are looking to get outside and enjoy the area during the day then return to a comfortable spot where they can enjoy walking to all that downtown Camden has to offer or enjoy a home cooked meal and the views.

Fantastic location

Delightful Camden Maine Property
My husband and I stayed 1 week in this wonderful vacation home. The location was perfect with easy walk to everything in town. Parking is off street and very safe. The unit is suitable for couples but be aware of steps to climb to second level. Well worth it for the view from a well maintained deck. It’s sunny and very comfortable. Loved our stay! Thank you to Paul for the attentive hospitality.

Perfect getaway!
We have never visited Camden and this place was perfect for us. Paul was very accommodating and available if we needed anything. The property has an open floor plan and is within a short distance to the water, shops, etc.. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Camden or surrounding areas. Thanks Paul!

Beautiful, artsy town located in a picturesque area where the Megunticook River meets the West Penobscot Bay. The apartment was beautifully and simply decorated and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, art galleries and the harbor. Ate at several wonderful eateries, including 40 Paper, Fresh and Co., Peter Ott, and Zoot’s Coffee. Would definitely stay here again. Paul was a welcoming and very helpful host.

Wonderful week in Camden!
We had a lovely one week stay at this sweet one bedroom apartment in Camden. Having a full kitchen with all amenities needed made for easy morning breakfasts and dinners when we chose to cook. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings- a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to restaurants and shops. Paul was wonderfully attentive and made the stay very easy. We highly recommend and hope to return next year!

Loved the property, everything as described and better in person! Paul is a terrific host, very available and knowledgeable. Have made many visits to Camden/area and this was possibly the best. Unit has everything you need, I did inquire about a clothes iron which was happily supplied and thank you! We were comfortable inside and also loved the deck and view! Would gladly return and hope to!

Lovely Apartment, Responsive Host
The apartment is lovely, conveniently located, and just right for one couple. Camden's harbor front is a short walk. The entrance to the property isn't obvious, so knowing we'd be arriving after dark, the host sent us photos showing us how to access the property. Paul is an exceptionally attentive host and helped us make the best of our visit to Camden. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Great place! Great Location!
This is a very roomy apartment style place. Nicely appointed with full kitchen. It is just a couple of blocks up the street from downtown Camden. No need to drive your car if that’s were your planning to go. There is a small grocery and pharmacy within walking distance. Camden puts you in a good place to travel up or down the coast. The property manager is very attentive and helpful.

Absolutely the best
This place is perfect for a couple. Very large second floor with deck overlooking Camden. It is completely equipped for cooking and living, nicely decorated and comfortable. Paul is a friendly host who is incredibly responsive and helpful. The location is optimal - quiet but a couple of short blocks to downtown Camden in one direction and the farmers' market in the other. We will go back - it is the best VRBO we've ever had.

Camden Getaway Weekend
This apartment is comfortable & very clean. The natural light thru all the windows is pleasant and feels homey. Location is excellent to restaurants and downtown. Nice quiet neighborhood too. Enough room for 2. The bonus room (sunroom) is also very nice for morning coffee or go outdoors onto the shaded deck. Paul was very easy to reach if needed. The best that Camden has to offer!!
Our host, Paul was top of the line. From the moment we booked his response time was exceptional. He was there to answer every question and provide everything we needed. This apartment was so clean, so beautiful and complete. This is a chef's kitchen which made cooking a pleasure. Very quiet and accessible to all this sweet new England town has to offer. Spring had arrived complete with lilacs, iris and azaleas! We cannot fully express our pleasure with this property, pure joy!

Wonderful stay in Camden
My husband and I loved this place. It is perfectly located, only a short walk to Main St. in Camden, or down to the harbor. Very safe and secure, and totally comfortable for our needs. Paul was such a nice host, answering texts promptly with answers to our questions. We enjoyed being able to do our own laundry, and the kitchen contains everything you need to cook, though we only made simple breakfasts. One night, we kept our 9 year old grandson, who slept soundly on the living room sofa/sleeper. It is spacious enough to cook and serve a family dinner, if you are inclined, and the grocery store is only 2 blocks away. Delightful place to experience lovely Camden, Maine.

The apartment was well located in the middle of downtown Camden.The property was as listed,well appointed and spacious. Really enjoyed my stay at this property and would stay there again. Easy parking, nicely decorated and well stocked, large kitchen. Only thing that might be a minor drawback was that it had baseboard heating which made ticking noises for some time after it kicked on.If are a light sleeper may be annoying.Paul was very helpful and available.Bed was very comfortable. Saw reviews about the mattress not being comfortable,of course we all have preferences for mattresses…I had no issue.

Very nice apartment and A+ owner
My husband and I stayed four nights for our anniversary trip in July. Paul was super attentive to every need we may have had and always ready to make things wonderful for us. I would give him an A ++ as an owner. Great job, Paul! The apartment was beautiful and spacious with a very nice deck and grill. We utilized both. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived and Paul left treats and breakfast food for us which was very appreciated. I unfortunately was not able to enjoy them as I have Type 1 diabetes and avoid alot of normal foods, but very much appreciated the thought. Thank you! The location to town was perfect. We walked everywhere as parking in town was a pain and usually not available, but we didn't need that. It is on a major thoroughfare, or as major as the streets get in a small town, so the street was busy. Just a heads-up if you are lookinh for peace and quiet! It is also above a business but that was not an issue. My only one suggestion for the owner would be to invest in a new mattress for the bed as we did not sleep very well. It felt a bit like we were sleeping on springs. Overall A+ and we had a very enjoyable stay!

Perfect location- super comfortable interior/secure exterior. Easy to follow instructions and assist from Rob - when washer would not function. Apartment super clean in all respects- except for the front load washer. We gave encountered this issue twice before in other Vbros. We counted on washing/ refreshing our clothes for our remainder of trip. The washer rubber gasket was black with mold and detergent drawer- necessary cleaning before use. Then the door mechanism would not lock to allow operation My husband took clothes to a coin laundry. This is a very important part of travelers packing light and relying on a machine that works.

Best Apartment in Camden ME
The apartment was wonderful...spacious, clean, comfortable and completely furnished with everything we needed. We spent 7 nights there and loved the view of the water, porch and sun room. Best of all was the location. We could walk to downtown Camden and the Laite Beach and with a short drive everywhere else we wanted to visit. There are steps to enter and leave the apt, but worth the effort to be there.

Great place to stay in Camden! Bright, spacious, quiet property with easy walk to town - restaurants, harbor, shops. Quiet and lots of space for 2 people. Kitchen has every appliance/utensil you could need - coffee maker, bean grinder, blender, etc! Deck & sunporch great spots to relax in AM & PM... highly recommend!

Exceptionally located condo in Camden
We stayed in this condo one week while visiting friends in Camden. It’s clean, very convenient and walkable to downtown and very comfortable. The host is friendly and communicative. It wasn’t an issue for us, but just a heads up that there is only a shower - no bathtub. We would stay again.
