Located in the heart of downtown Camden, this is a unique property with on site parking in the midst of restaurants, galleries, shops, and parks. The townhouse looks out onto the Megunticook River yet is tucked a block off busy and noisy Route 1. Parking is right at your door and an ice cream stand is steps away. Great for a large family or friends traveling together, this property is one of a kind. It is about location, and this property has a location that can't be beat.

This stunning town house occupies the top two floors of a newly renovated building in downtown Camden. It is a perfect blend of modern comfort with Maine quality. Access your vacation home through a private ground floor foyer and up a flight of stairs to the second floor. Enter into a light filled open concept living area, dining room and kitchen. Windows surround the room and several balconies are accessible through doors with views of the river and the neighborhood. Sit a while on the decks and enjoy the best of Camden. The living room has hard wood floors and oriental rugs and boasts a large screen TV and comfortable seating areas. Down the hallway are 3 bedrooms as well as a private laundry with full sized washer and dryer. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath with massage shower as well as a private deck. The other two bedrooms on this floor share a bath with a shower/tub combination. The tub is a jetted tub and a great place to relax in a bubble bath. The other bedrooms on this floor all have TV's and one is a queen bedded room and the other has two twin beds. Each are tastefully decorated with a mix of new and antique furnishings. Tucked under the eaves on the way to the third floor is a cozy nook, creating a great place to curl up with a book. The third floor bedroom boast a spectacular view of the neighborhood with a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Skylights fill this space with sunshine and at night the stars are visible above your bed.

Family Mini Reunion
We (party of 5 adults) stayed in the townhouse that accommodated all of us comfortably. We visited our sister and her husband in nearby Searsmont. The kitchen supplied coffee for early and the refrigerator offered our cool drinks and desserts in the evenings. The main hotel had a continental breakfast which we conveniently enjoyed and s'mores in the evening. We visited the shops that were open but the ice cream parlor was closed on the days we were there. We walked to the schooner's boat dock for a wonderful tour of the harbor and history. We enjoyed lobster every night! It was wonderful and we will be back, but next time we will bring our adult children and grandkids. Acadia National Park was unbelievable!

Rental process went very well. There were a few things needing attention - toaster, fire alarm would go off ( but we were directed as to how to silence it), and there was an odor, smell to the unit that was most unpleasant. That improved with airing out the place, but never completely went away. On the plus side - Camden is a great coastal town to visit. This rental is in a great location to downtown. We walked everywhere - Shops , restaurants, harbor, etc.. We were on the go from first arrival, and I admit I didnā€™t take time to alert anyone about the concerns - except for the fire alarm - while there. I did leave a note upon departure.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location was absolutely perfect - we could wake up and walk to our favorite coffee shop and and the evening enjoy some ice cream - all within steps of our front door. Great Location and Accomodation
This townhome was in a perfect location in Camden within walking distance to everything. Check in was easy through the hotel. The townhome is a part of the hotel which was a surprise to us but a pleasant one. The cocktail and smores hour as well as breakfast were a great add we weren't expecting. The beds were all very comfortable and our stay was fantastic!

Maine 90th Birthday Celebration
The location in Camden to shops and restaurants was excellent! We enjoyed the breakfast and sā€™mores at the main hotel building. The air conditioners did okay, but still was a bit humid inside. The 2nd/3rd floor tow house steps were a bit steep and challenging for our 90 year old mother. But the townhouse had plenty of room for the 7 people in our group. Thanks. Steve.

We loved the town!
Being right within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops and parks was wonderful! It was a charming town and I loved feeling a part of it being in the townhouse. It was spacious with 4 bedrooms and a great kitchen and den. I enjoyed the table on the deck to eat our meals. We will be back again! I highly recommend staying here. Just bring your bug spray. Lots of mosquitos! Bring your hiking boots. Climbing Mount Battie was amazing!

GREAT location, BEAUTIFUL property and plenty of room for everyone!!
Our family had the pleasure of staying here for 5 days, and we cant say enough about this charming townhouse! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 child, every bedroom was comfortable AND had it's own private deck. You are just a few steps away from downtown Camden, we rarely used our car. Tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need (better than some of the larger homes we have rented in the past) Wonderful host! We will definitely be staying here on our next visit!!

Ultra clean townhouse. Laundry. Full kitchen which we didn't use but nice to have. Easy to walk to everything in town. Parking included. Firepit and cooking s'mores across the street. We hIghly recommend it.
