Fantastic Place to Relax
The house was immaculate. The pool was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. It is a peceful place and that is what we were looking for. Even the fishing was good off the dock! The Evolve project manager was unbelievable. We have stayed at many VRBOs in US Canada and Europe and this is top on our list for a domestic location. Highly recoommend it for a couple or a family. The deck even has colapsable gates that would prevent access to the pool by little ones. They seem to have thought of everything. There are 3 different family areas so the family can spread out.

The house is huge and very well kept. It was in a quite location and the lake right off the back was amazing. I do agree with some of the other reviews the lawn needs watered badly.

Amazing property - great bedroom layout/floorplan. Wonderful pool and dock/lake views. We will be back next spring! Very well-equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. It was a great get away and a great property!

So peaceful!!
The house was really nice and peaceful stay. We were here for the race at Carolina Motorsports park so it was a perfect location! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook! Will be staying here again! The contact person for the property responds quickly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right!

Great Location
Location was great with amazing views. Property is in need of some landscaping and house repairs. Overall, accommodated our family needs with plenty of space. Of note, the parking is tight if bringing larger watercraft.

Place is pretty but toilet seat in hallway down stairs was coming off and we had to fix it. Up stairs bathroom no lights all were burned out. Pool and basket full of trash left over from previous renter. The floor in game room was wet the host said it was do to rain came in under side door. Before we left we discovered that the shower above it was leaking and coming through the light fixture. Because while we were packing up and someone was showering and it was coming down. I sent a video to the host. The deck was in bad repair and unsafe. Also the deck going down to the dock was in bad need of repair. The host did come and try to clean pool and put light bulbs in. Some of these things should have been handled by the cleaning crew. When you spend money to treat the family you just should not have to worry about issues that take away from your family time.

Weekend with friends
The property was perfect for six adults. The view is amazing and there is lots of privacy.. The rooms were large. The management company was very responsive. Our only concerns are some broken boards on the deck and dock, a broken recliner in the rec room and the condition of the wall the dart board is hung on. They are minor issues that did not effect our enjoyment of the weekend we spent there.

Did Not Want to Leave!
My family rented this property for a quick end-of-summer vacation weekend and it was absolutely amazing. The pool was a hit with the kids and the views of the water were spectacular. Very conveniently located near a marina where we were able to put our boats in and have just a short ride to the house. We didn’t want to leave and have already made plans to come back! I highly recommend this property for your lake getaway.

Wonderful Time!
We had an incredible experience at the lake house, provided with upgrades, plenty of room for our 12-person family, and clean! The views are amazing, pool is refreshing, and the kitchen / dining provides a nice area to relax. We had a great interaction with the owner and property manager, who both were in constant contact throughout our trip. Overall, I’d recommend if you’re looking for quiet, enjoyable and clean environment.

Wonderful Location
This location can’t be beat with amazing views and access to the lake. While neighbors are close, you feel like the property is very private. Not too far from town with all the needed amenities. Again, view is amazing. Pool is wonderful and close to the home. The home is very roomy and felt plenty big for our group of 12. Downstairs master is large with a great bathroom. Kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. There is also a great screened in side porch with seating and a collection of pool toys. Only drawback is some repairs that need to be done to the home. Back deck has many soft spots and stairs have some rotting wood. Also, when you shower in the upstairs bathroom, water may leaks through to the downstairs light fixture as it did in our case. Property contact was quick to respond to any question/need.

Wonderful amenities and great place to gather with family for my son’s graduation at nearby Camden Military Academy. The layout of the house is great, loved the screened in porch just outside the dining room and the pool w/ a view. The deck and dock need some minor repairs, but overall great location and beautiful home.

Perfect accommodations for all ages!
Only needed to spend 2 nights here while our family attended my grandson’s wedding nearby…. But what a treat to be able to be together and catch up with everyone in this spacious and lovey home. Our family included the “ flower girls,” and although they could only stay one evening, they kept themselves well entertained with exploring all the nooks and crannies and taking on each family member to find the champion ping pong player! A nice surprise! Wish we could have stayed a week! …….and in the summer when we could have enjoyed the lake, dock, and pool……But what a view to wake up to in the morning and relax with a cup of coffee before we started out our hectic day! Would highly recommend this rental!

Lovely home and time well spent with family
Everything was exactly as listed and the added bonus was the game closet. The kiddos were never bored and the family are avid bored game players. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the dock had a lot of loose boards and nails. A few people stepped on nails and we band the kids from the dock due to all the splinters. Also the neighbor was kind of rude

Lake Wateree Retreat!
The experience there was great! We had 10 people total, four teens, and six adults. We had a blast in the pool! There was plenty to do around the home, and sleeping accomidations worked well for everyone. The only reason it didn't get full 5 stars is because the internet was too slow for the tv's and everyone's devices, and because it is out in the woods, there was no signal to be able to call out if needed without the wifi boost. Overall great home. Will use home again in the future.
