Asked for a first floor room for mom in a wheelchair they didn’t have it on file had me down for two room two bed upstairs. After I put in the request area about the room for the wheelchair. Need to do a better job. Lady working the front desk hope me out

I booked the hotel through Expedia and was sent an itinerary with a confirmation number of 28701796 and Expedia Itinerary number for 72980073499451 for a total bill of $66.62. However, Colony Inn charged me $78.39. The attendant and manager said that they were not aware of any agreement with Expedia. They had my reservation which was booked through Expedia and should have been aware of the price that was offered but still charged me a higher price. This appears to be a breakdown in communication and false advertisement. I would not book at Colony Inn again. I would like my $11.77 refund. Great Value Hotel
This hotel is a older hotel. rooms are in ok condition but clean. had linen service each day and also supplies such as shampoo and soaps provided each day. the refrigerator and AC worked well. parking was very close to rooms with outdoor entrances to each room. This place is a great value no freels hotel.

I tried to think of something good to say about this property but came up with nothing. It is not worth the cost nor the distance it takes to drive from the Interstate to downtown. Plus, they served no breakfast!

The outside looks a bit run down but aside from the crack in the bathtub the room was very comfortable. Overall it was a good value.

The room in the annex section of the hotel smelled of mold and mildew, carpet had not been vacuumed, dirty counter in the bathroom and sink, mold on the doors, and power outlets did not work in the bathroom.
