"We recently stayed at this property January 2 -5 2025. We were a group of two couples in the area for the guys to go on a hunting trip at Stewart’s hunting Lodge. The location is perfect if you were booking with Stewart’s lodge, just down the road so perfect for the early morning departures. "Great property- had everything we needed. Close to downtown Duck, yet far enough away where we weren’t in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Easy access to Corolla and points South. Located on a private street with access to the beach, a quick 5 minute walk. The pool was a great escape when we needed a break from the hot sand. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could need!"

"The cottage was small and adorable! Perfect for couple or small family. Drive to house was an adventure in itself and 4WD is definitely needed! Wild horses came and visited us right at the house!!! Owners were amazing and attentive. Absolutely perfect. "

The beach is a quick walk down a private road, and we really enjoyed our time in Duck, which is quieter than other parts of the OBX but with lots of great restaurants, shops, and a terrific boardwalk on the sound."
