"The apartment was perfect for our stay in many ways. From the location and quiet to the comfortable yet functional decor, it was literally like being at home. The beds were super comfortable. The host provided many top notch amenities; plush bath towels, quality shampoo and conditioner, kcups, and even a small bowl of snacks. It is super close to the highway and about a mile to a good grocery store too. We are already booked for another stay in a few weeks as my daughter has another volleyball...

"I did not like that I was told on the day of arrival that I would be sharing a two bedroom one bath with another tenant. All my information, including my receipt , stated I was renting the entire property. When I called to get the lock box code I was told I was sharing the unit. I had booked this reservation a year in advance and there was no communication that it was a shared unit. I had the unit booked for graduation weekend and there was no other reservations available in the area. "

"This property is very clean and well stocked! The location is close to restaurants and downtown Hamilton. The road is a little busy, but there is plenty of parking along the street and if the windows are closed you won’t notice the road noise. The host is very communicative! We had a (us) issue at 11:30 at night and they responded in just a few minutes! And really wanted to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. There is also an upstairs area that can easily be missed, it has a closed door...
