"Location was perfect for a beach holiday. However there was no local information in the property. Also no basic welcome pack. The linen and towels were poor with only 2large+ 1 small. We had to ask for a second weeks supply. The ketle was dangerous as the lid did not fit."

The door key is a joke and it takes an age of trying to get it to operate the locking mechanism. The drainage system is not so good either. Showers take an age to drain away the water.
